On a recent stay I had a fantastic dinner. I was greeted at the entrance by the supervisor on duty who had such a really warm and welcoming smile as well as the most upbeat attitude, I believe her name was Cat. My order was taken and I am a very picky eater so I had a few requests as well as changes to what I ordered but this was not a problem at all as I have experienced some bad attitudes when doing it in some other establishments so thank you for to the server the understanding as well I think her name was Sarah. Overall a fantastic experience as well as a delicious meal

OUTSTANDING HOTEL SERVICE! we got married on Friday 12th May in County Armagh, where we then travelled to Cabra Castle for our reception. We have had non stop compliments on this venue. The staff were amazing & I will be forever grateful for how well our day went due to the staff. A big thank you to all staff but a special mention to Emma Gorman, who directed our wedding from start to finish & without her we would have been lost. My now husband is a very shy person around new people & never felt more at ease with Emma. She has never stopped checking in with us on the run up to it and we were honestly so sad the wedding is now over as we won’t be seeing her as regular! Another special mention to Carmel, whose attention to detail & on the day service is second to none. Thank you so much Cabra castle for creating the wedding of dreams. You really out do yourselves & we will be hearing of your amazing service from our wedding day for a long time to come. If anyone is ever thinking of booking a wedding - PLEASE view Cabra castle. Amazing!!!

I attended my brother's wedding here on 22nd April and from the moment we arrived at the hotel until check out the following day everything was outstanding! Every single member of staff from the managers who greeted us at the door upon arrival, bar staff, waiting staff, receptionists and housekeeping staff in the corridors greeted us with a warm and genuine smile and a friendly hello. My first impression from the outside was the hotel looked quite plain and ordinary but don't let that fool you! Once inside the interior was simply beautiful. It was tasteful and elegant but also bright and modern. The bedrooms were a generous size and spotlessly clean. With the vantage from the top table I could observe the entire service throughout and it was probably the best and smoothest wedding service I have seen. At this point I should mention I have 16 years experience in hospitality. The service during the meal was exceptional. All members of staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother. The food was full of flavour and beautifully presented as was the breakfast the following morning so special shout out to the chefs you do an amazing job and often without the recognition you deserve! Apologies if this was long winded but it's been over a month now from the wedding and everyone is still raving about it, so from all of us Thank you very much for making our day special and one we certainly won't forget.
