I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Urban Lion. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was quick throughout my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near IGI Airport, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable stay in Delhi. I would definitely choose Hotel Urban Lion again!

GGuest UserI'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again.
Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience.
Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers.
Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green).
Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

房间和酒店整体都算干净，不过我在房间里看到了一只小蟑螂。淋浴没有热水，冰箱运作良好。
一点留意：这里员工似乎都很在意小费。每天中午你的房卡会失效，需要去前台重新激活。之后会有工作人员陪你回房间——然后暗示要小费。如果你要用Wi-Fi，得去前台拿密码条，一张纸条只能一个设备用，而且只能用一天。每次你回去要新的纸条，工作人员又会要小费。不太确定这是文化习惯还是这家酒店的运营方式，但确实让人感觉有点过分了。
होटल एरोसिटी मेट्रो स्टेशन से लगभग 10 मिनट की पैदल दूरी पर है, और बाहर टैक्सी और टुक-टुक आसानी से मिल जाते हैं—आस-पास घूमना बहुत आसान है। एयर कंडीशनिंग ठीक से काम कर रही थी। मुझे शोर-शराबे की कोई खास समस्या महसूस नहीं हुई।

けけんちゃん(青団団長)The hotel is certainly clean, and the staff are polite. However, at this price, I was surprised there wasn't even a private bathroom. The fact that Wi-Fi required free member registration was also inconvenient. The buffet was luxurious with a wide variety of dishes, but the variations were all Indian cuisine. There were breads, but no rice, just curries and naan. Since there were croissants and bacon, Western food wasn't an issue. Also, the laundry service is absolutely not recommended. They didn't tell me the price beforehand, and I was charged 4000 yen when it was done. The phone service was also poor. It's a good hotel, but for this price, I feel there should be more services. As it was my first time in India, I don't know the standard, but perhaps this is normal for India?

DdyahdewitFor short stays, it’s quite good, it’s located next to 2 malls so you have many options for restaurant or just for refreshing. They gave us amenities as well.
Breakfast buffet should be better for international travelers. But it’s okay.
If you need to travel somewhere near after checking out you can asked them to keep your luggages fo free.
We had good stay at Hilton Garden Inn.

Staying at Ibis offers peace of mind, as both the service and hygiene quality are very reliable, and the price is quite affordable. Although the hotel has some history, the facilities are still good. The breakfast is also delicious, with food options suitable for international travelers' tastes. Recommended for travelers looking for a safe and comfortable hotel at an economical price.
