4-Star Hotels in Goa, India

The location of Riva is excellent. Right on the quietest part of the beach, but still very accessible to beach shacks and restaurants. There are 3 pools on the premises and the spa services are great. Check in and check out was so smooth. I really wish I could rate Riva higher because it’s a beautiful resort with hospitable staff and it has the potential to be very relaxing. However the food was a huge letdown. Goa is known as an amazing culinary experience, and I wish Riva was able to offer food that was upto Goan standards. I ordered a soup at the cafe and it was substandard to say the least. The sambhar and veg gravy the next morning was watered down and then over salted. Fortunately my resourceful family was able to find some amazing food options outside the hotel. There’s work to do and I will wait to hear of better food reviews before I recommend or visit again.

The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and has a very nice view of a small lake, and also a swimming pool. I don't find any negative look. I was great when I was near the airport. And if you want to know Goa Old or Panajim, there are buses passing through the door itself or from the bus station that is 10 minutes walking. If I returned to Goa, I would stay here again.

3/4 stars, very good, close to the beach. But the beach is like that. There are no fruit stalls, supermarkets, etc. around. Walk for half an hour to those piers, cruise casinos. Take a taxi, ( Negotiation) paid 700 rupees to the Church of Mercy. Burst 300 rupees

В номере нет возможности нормально сушить вещи , только в другом здание на крыше есть сушилка 2. В номере вообще нет москитных сеток, было бы неплохо сделать полог из сетки над кроватью , чтоб полностью оправдать уровень отеля 4* 3. В ванной вентилятор дребезжит очень громко 4. Наш номер 112 был прям рядом с технической зоной ресторана и постоянно был шум от вентиляции При прочих равных, если руководство отеля все же сделает москитные сетки на окна или сделают хотя бы пологи над кроватью, то я бы вернулась в отель.

Whether its Ashutosh from frontdesk, sudeep from housekeeping or varad from restaurant, every person in the hotel right from entrance to the restaurant made sure that the service is excellent. Such a welcome and comfortable stay that i was thinking of extending my stay. The food was lovely and the service was great. Thanks to all the Team Lemon Tree to make our stay a wonderful one.

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations typically associated with the Marriott brand. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, which was frustrating after a long journey. When I was finally checked in, I was disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the lamp, the bedside lamp wasn't functioning, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Throughout the stay, multiple electricity cut-offs during the day added to the overall inconvenience and discomfort. While I understand that occasional technical issues can arise, I felt the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience, as the location and property have potential.

Generally very satisfied. The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly. Next time, I will visit again. I will have a good rest. Thank you

Tourist spots are concentrated. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and I used it many times during my stay. The room was well cleaned and clean. The family was happy.

Stopped for 3 nights. In general the hotel liked, convenient location near the beach and river. The room is spacious, there is water in glass bottles, tea, coffee. Bedding and towels with spots, they are definitely washed, but not first freshness. I had a number 105, there was a very small balcony (on the photo the balcony looked quite different) with a view on the roof of another house - there was not that building, not that water heaters. The door on this mini-balcony was the only window, it was constantly necessary to turn on the light, as the room was dark.
