The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.

Not a good place, very far from the city, damp rooms, stayed there for 2 nights it was a worst decision of my life o food options, no i house bar, no pool, it's a nightmare in the name of hotel I would not recommend this to people coming for a vacation

Our stay was great. Excellent hospitality by Rabi Sharma and his team. The Food quality and service was great. Over all experience was excellent. We would love to visit again and recommend others too. Special thanks to Rabi for suggestions about places to visit in Goa and his kind hospitality.

We vistited this hotel the last month. The staff were very helpful and provided quality sevice. The rooms were clean and with comfortable beds. Will recommend this hotel for everyone planning to travel to goa.The restaurant ***ager by the name Rabi was a perfect gentle*** who used to take lot of care of us and also other guests.We found his service to be outstanding.👍👏🙂🙂

We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach. Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful. The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.

Stayed for 20days. Awesome hospitality. Great staff. Very close to the Miramar beach. Good food, good chefs. Every day room used to be clean! Breakfast spread was great, though got a little repetitive when one has to stay for 20 days, not their fault! Supermarkets are close by, so is petrol pump, and restaurant options!

Our stay was great. All the hotel staff were very helpful. Mr. Rabi Sharma and his colleagues in the Flamingo Restaurant are the best as can be in their service and attention to guest needs. The Front Office ***ager Ms. Suprimaa, who is very efficient and understanding, and her colleagues too, added in making our stay there comfortable and enjoyable. Plus proximity to the Miramar Beach, which is within walking distance, was wonderful. I recommend a stay at Fern Miramar any time. We will definitely be back.
