"I spent a fantastic two weeks at the Fortune Miramar, Goa. I was here on business, and was made to feel incredibly welcome by all the lovely, friendly staff. All went to great lengths to look after me and to make me feel comfortable. I ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning, which was always great, with an amazing range of fresh dishes. I also had lunch and dinner here several times, and the food was always amazing, with some great recommendations from the staff. Special thanks to Israfil, Arif, Nandita, and Yugesh and Sudhir for such a great experience and for taking such good care of me. I hope to be back soon."

"The listing says 24*7 room service. None available on premises. Listing doesn’t have any mention of the full blown renovation at the property. There was no working WiFi in my room. There was no food no service. They wanted to charge me extra for a guest to visit my room. Whenever I went to the reception , they would say I can’t answer ur query because the owner is not answering calls. They made weird ways to make more money out of me. I complained on MakeMyTrip customer care and they didn’t answer MMT calls either. I checked out because there was no service. And I never got the breakfast that I had already paid extra for. So worst experience ever. I should be compensated for my pain. The owner misbehaved stating laws that could only be changed if I paid extra money. After raising MMT issue. They responded to MMT saying everything on premises is working but I tried to bring an unmarried guest to visit( an absolute lie )And no mention of renovation or any work going on and any discrepancy on their page. They refused to update their listing."

"I expected much better service with the name of ihcl associated with the property. But it was clearly a hoax. 1. One night, we reached around midnight, we rang the bell, called and did everything we could in our capacity, but nobody responded. We had to literally sit outside the villa for almost an hour trying to get in. We got help from ihcl customer support after many tries. But clearly, it was a terrible experience. Nobody should think of booking this property especially with family. 2. The washrooms were not clean and were clogging. We raised this with the character but nothing was done. 3. The breakfast was not of good quality. And no options were there. There was no kitchen or in room dining available to us. 4. The villa was mostly empty even after having a lot of rooms."
