"People should avoid this hotel to book with the help of web portals, in my case i booked 2 rooms for 4 nights in this hotel a long back from makemytrip portal. When i asked hotel for the booking confirmation the hotel denied for the check-in and asked me to talk to makemytrip. the reason for denied check-in was with respect to the amount, they were expecting a big amount of money in comparision to the amount which i paid and was around 4k per night and it was showing in the makemytrip when i booked the hotel but, later on over the call this hotel was expecting a bigger amount of money and said to me that makemytrip wrongly opened the inventory which is totally absurd it seems and can not be possible that without there knowing makemytrip is selling the rooms on the portal. i am thankful to makemytrip that they refunded the amount and gave me an option that after my checkout in goa i can give the invoice and they will refund me up to 10k differential for each room for the given dates and details."

"The allotted rooms at the first floor were dirty and smelled of dampness. We were given Smoking Room despite our request for non-smoking rooms. There was no window or - to say - a closed/sealed glass window for namesake - only to block the air coming from the large exhaust/turbo ventilator airflow. In these conditions, one of my children developed asthma the first night he slept. Next the matter reported to the Executive at the Desk, he was not inclined to change our room. Then, I spoke to the Director-Sales of the hotel. Thanks to him, he got our rooms shifted to 3rd floor. The rooms were very good. The location of the hotel is excellent and in close proximity to several attractions."
