The ***agement staff are fantastic, Kudos to Netra and Lino, thank you!! 1 example, we had my old mom with me. Netra offered to deliver breakfast to the room. In another instance, we had a minor hiccup in the stay, and Lino went overboard to accommodate our request! Location was just perfect, Miramar downtown! We could walk for shopping, 24 hour pharmacy, and plenty of authentic food restaurants! As for facilities, great for downtown. Rooms are big enough for us tall people:) Everything like I would expect in a good hotel abroad! Parking can be a little challenge, given downtown. But the front office staff and city attendant came to our aid every time. Also, since it's downtown, you can park on the next street; we never had a challenge beyond 10 minutes.

The stay was decent. Staff was good and helpful especially housekeeping staffer Shivam. However they told us about the in-house restaurant a little late. Their reason being 'it is outsourced'. They should let guests know about it when they arrive. Let guests decide whether they want to eat there.

I had actually booked a room in Treehouse Neptune Inn in April 2023 for a family tour for around 5 days in Goa. Arrived by mistake in Treehouse Neptune. I had already left my taxi and then I was told my hotel is "Treehouse Neptune Inn" and not "Treehouse Neptune". The front desk ***ager/executive Mr. Gaurav was very helpful and immdietely arranged taxi for me to transfer to the other hotel which also happens to be in the same group of hotels with similar names. I reached Treehouse Neptune Inn. But the location and the rooms were not to my liking. The ***ager there (unfortunately his name I don't know) was also very helpful and on my request to transfer my booking to Treehouse Neptune hotel he called Mr. Gaurav and arranged the transfer to Treehouse Neptune Hotel. I came back to Treehouse Neptune Hotel and got a room due to Gaurav and am really thankful to him for doing all this as I was with my family and I didn't regret it. More over he arranged a complimentary breakfast and an early check-in. The staff in this hotel are all very helpful and the hotel is maintained very neat and clean. There is a pleasant lime frgarance in the rooms and the reception area. The hotel has a bar cum family restaurant. it serves excellent food. Had ordered cheese nan and shezwan noodles and prwans biriyani . It was heavenly food and we all enjoyed the food. The staff are pleasant. In the morning also the breakfast has variety and taste is good. I had intended to stay in Panjim for a day and then leave for other locations in goa for our 5 day tour. But the location of the Hotel Treehouse Neptune is just perfect with all the good restaurants, musuems, markets, quite close. It is very near the marine drive road, near to Miramar beach (2 KM), etc that then I decided to spend 3 nights at the hotel. Mr. Gaurav extended a small discount as well which was like an icing on the cake. Overall expereince due to Mr. Gaurav and other staff in the hotel was very good. I will certainly going to come back to this hotel when ever I am back in Panjim. Thanks to the ***agement of the hotel (for training such good staff) and to Mr. Gaurav and other members of the team who made our stay pleasant an memorable. I highly recommend the hotel for families.

Staff is very cooperative. Complementary breakfast has alot of items and excellent. Hotel is neat and clean. ***ager Mr Tousif helped me and he solved my problem that occurred during booking. Tree house neptune is good hotel and in buget. Staff is humble and all near by sites are in walking distance .We were fortunate to see singhotsav . As hotel is in mid city taxi and other amenities are also in reach.
