Environment: Since it's a newly opened hotel, the environment is exceptionally good. It's very close to the airport, about 1.9 km away, and a tuk-tuk ride costs around 100 rupees.
Service: The service in India is excellent, really top-notch overall.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are also superb, very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I think it's very good.
Breakfast is average. The room is small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. Suitable for taking children. There are two large shoppingmalls next to the hotel, where you can go shopping and have a Chinese restaurant. There is a parking lot. That is to say, good 19, why is it still a small room. Both suitcases can't fit.
I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.
Close to the airport and a clean, efficient metro entrance, which means you can explore the city without getting stuck in traffic. It's about a 10-15 minute walk. Unfortunately, the area is under renovation or construction, and there are no sidewalks in some places, so it's not really a pleasant stroll. The hotel itself maintains its standard. You can't hear the planes. However, the mechanical ventilation leads to a rather unbearable artificial smell in the corridors. The food in the restaurant is good. There are plenty of friendly staff everywhere, but the benches by the water features in front of the hotel and by the pool weren't wiped clean of dust, so no one used them. But for a short business stay, it's okay.
Clean and nice hotel near Aurangabad airport. But the stars of this hotel are the staffs in the restaurant. Their service and friendliness just make our days. Thanks to Shiklong,Rahul,Rameshwar,Imnasua and Digambar. Keep up your good service
I really enjoyed this hotel! It's a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, making it ideal if you're in Mumbai for a day or two. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety. The hotel staff were attentive to detail and very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. I especially loved the rooftop pool with city views, the elevated metro, and planes taking off. Relaxing by the pool was a particular treat after exploring bustling Mumbai. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Location: strategic location, close to the airport
Room: big room with amenities and all necessary tools, small pantry, living room with sofa, working table, 2 rest room, super comfortable bed/ bed sheet/ pillows/ and blanket
Food: breakfast buffet start from 7 am. Please plan your trip carefully. Good food quality and choices
One recommendation to a hotel, the pillow mist and room spray is too much. The perfume smell is too strong which caused me not able to sleep that well. Please reduce it.
Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Very Good
EEnkokoThere weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel.
The hotel staff were all very kind.
The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.
KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
RRadicaltravelsI will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here.
I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!
GGuest UserExcellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family
GGuest UserWe booked for 4 nights in September and it was rainy season. Our room water heater was not functioning. We complained everyday, nothing was done. Very frustrated with the service.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, especially for its location right next to the airport – extremely convenient! The security outside made us feel very safe from the moment we arrived.
The rooms are quite small, but very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Inside the hotel there is also a restaurant where you can eat very well, and a spa – perfect for relaxing during your stay.
We also really appreciated the possibility of early check-in for a small additional fee, which was very helpful after a long journey.
Overall, a very comfortable and practical stay – highly recommended!
MM515030****Advantages: The service is very good, the breakfast is very clean and rich, and the service of the restaurant staff is very good.
Disadvantages: The hotel is old, the room has no paper towels, the floor is not mopped clean, and the air conditioning is loud.
DDavid L TexasThe room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.
GGuest UserArrived New Year's Eve and hotel was hosting a party with massively loud music that continued till nearly 2am, keeping guests from resting.
They relocated the room to one exterior where noise wasn't as severe yet still shook the bed
No advanced notice this would be happening
Gym was shut and locked in the morning - not possible to use
During breakfast trash from the night before was floating in the pool
Facilities were old and cracking, yet A/C and shower functioned well
Not deserving of a 4-star classification
Will stay elsewhere next time coming in or out of Mumbai airport
PPANCHALGood hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.
