"As a frequent business traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely make comments, but I must make comments on this hotel:
First, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and it was running until 12 o'clock, so the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk and asking to change the room, they said it would take 20 minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes, they still didn't arrive. When I called them again and asked them to change immediately, they could solve it in 3 minutes, which proved that they didn't really care about the feelings of customers.
Second, after arriving at the new room, the table lamp in the room was broken, and I waited for 30 minutes again to change the table lamp.
Finally, when ordering, I ordered a vegetarian dish. The waiter forgot to order it the first time. After the second order, I urged them three times. After waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came, but I had already finished it. The hotel staff said they were sorry that they could waive the bill, but I didn't ask for a waiver, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef was waiting for me in the restaurant, and he was very sorry and gave me a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still shows that the hotel's food service is very slow, which seriously affects the guests' time.

Premnath ChandranThe hotel is mall oppositl. At check out, suman handled it quite carelessly when she mentioned that we have not paid for the room and they will charge the card. I had booked thru trip.com and paid and have a receipt. The card she mentioned was not even ours. After much findings, we realised its a card by trip.com and not ours. There was no need to mention as we had already paid to trip.com. We were waiting to get into our vehicle to the airport and caused unnecessary stress. I thought the service at reception could have been better. The service at the cafe was wonderful for breakfast.

sundeep anneWe recently had the opportunity to stay at this establishment and unfortunately, our experience with the services provided was quite disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to address guest concerns efficiently. Throughout our stay, we encountered several issues that were not resolved in a timely manner. The overall lack of attentiveness significantly detracted from our comfort. We had hoped for a more pleasant visit, but the service shortcomings made it a less than ideal situation.

There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.

Guest UserHotel prices in Hyderabad during the high season are shockingly expensive. I chose this place for its proximity to work, but at this price, the small lobby, a limited selection of soft drinks in the shop, and the busy road making it impossible to cross to the Starbucks across the street were disappointing. Still, it’s an option when other hotels are unaffordable during the high season.

On a business trip to Hyderabad, to be honest, this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. They are almost the same as domestic star hotels. It is not an old hotel. It is great. I will often stay at this hotel in the future. It is also important that the hotel buffet dinner is 499 rupees. It is delicious. The spicy chicken is quite suitable for my Chinese stomach. Until now, the Indian food in this hotel is acceptable, and everyone is highly recommended. Taken day and night outside two rooms! The executive room where I live can see Hyderabad on the eighth floor!

The facilities are well cleaned and kept clean. The refrigerator is also working properly, so if you put it in the refrigerator, you can drink cold water.
It's not a hotel problem, but be careful because the shortest route from Hitech City Road on the main street where Durgam Cheruvu station is located is auto rickshaw and has a narrow part.

Business hotel standard decoration, the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are quite complete, the location is very high, no consideration of the use of women and children. The elevator button is partially damaged, and the 3rd floor of the colleague cannot be reached. The elevator has to be replaced. The hotel needs to do a good job of maintenance.
The room was poorly soundproofed. I was awakened twice by the loud voices of the service staff and guests in the corridor in the middle of the night and early morning. At least the service staff should pay attention not to speak loudly in the corridor.
Breakfast starts at 7:30, because you need to leave the hotel at 7:30, go down to breakfast at 7:00, there is not much breakfast in the original type, there is no choice. I feel that since the positioning is a business hotel, it should provide an earlier breakfast service for business personnel.
