4-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

The hotel was extremely clean and the ambiance was modern and cool. The location was great for me since the train station from the airport was just 6 minutes away and the regular metro was also 7 minutes away, very convenient and a lot of stores and restaurants near by that had authentic food and not tourist traps. The amenities of the hotel are not much, better bring your own shampoo and conditioner since they give you a one bottle with both and a small bar of soap and that’s it.

1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros. 2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast. 3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable mattress. Kind and friendly reception staff (beside departure day). Good location - close proximity to metro line 5. Cons: for the first night I have got smaller room than I booked, there was no heating working - temperature dropped to 17,5 Celsius in the room. I reported that to the reception and the only thing they could do that night was to give me blanket. Next day reception staff changed my room to the standard I booked (double bed) and with heating working. Sink was clogged and doors didn’t close - it was necessary to push them strong. Hotel haven’t proposed me any discount or complimentary service instead of that 12 pm (sharp) got phone call from reception to vacant the room (first time in my life I had sth. like that) - despite the fact a day before reception staff told me I can stay until 13… No complimentary water, coffee or slippers. I don’t have big expectations and usually make some concessions but that time I am rather disappointed.

This hotel is great for self-driving trips, as it's a bit far from central Milan. The room facilities and services are excellent, offering good value for money. There's plenty of parking available both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Lovely Art Deco hotel a short walk from the central station. Staff very helpful. Sadly bar was shut during our stay, staff said it was closed at weekends which seemed a bit bizarre. Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations. Can recommend also The Kitchen restaurant 10 mins walk away for dinner.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The only reason I didn’t rate this hotel excellent is because of their front of the house staff. On a positive note, we loved this hotel, great location, modern, clean room with good amenities. What fails the hotel is their female receptionists. We came into contact with two of them, both were miserable looking, unfriendly, gave wrong information and set all the wrong time for this great hotel. Well done to trip.com too for offering such a good rate on this booking.

Modern and Clean Stay – With Some Location Considerations JOY 124 Hotel Milano is a newly opened hotel, and it shows — everything was exceptionally clean and modern. The interior design is sleek, and the breakfast buffet, priced at €25, was impressive and satisfying. The front desk staff were also friendly and professional, adding to a pleasant check-in experience. However, one thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s a bit far from Milano Centrale Station, and there’s no nearby metro access, which may be inconvenient if you have luggage or if the weather isn’t ideal. Dining options around the hotel are limited and mostly casual, but there's a Carrefour Express nearby, which was helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a stylish, comfortable stay — just make sure to plan ahead for transportation.

We just stay for 1 night, not expect too much but there is like…nothing inside this room. A thin mattress, 2 super thin pillows, no water, no slippers, a bathroom with no glasses and quite slippery to use. Not worth the price :(
