IH Hotels Milano Centrale

The family room was excellent, with plenty of space. The two beds were cleverly converted from a sofa, which was very practical. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families with two children.

Excellent location, right across from the Central Station, with a subway entrance just outside. The room seemed to have been renovated, but the cleanliness was just so-so. There were stains on the sheets that probably couldn't be washed out, which wasn't a great look. Everything else was fine, nothing special.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to central stations, making it easy to get around Milan.

The hotel is very new and the service is excellent. The breakfast spread is particularly rich, and the pastries, especially the croissants, are delicious. My friend injured her leg, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing ice packs multiple times when I requested them. I'm very grateful for their assistance. The location is also convenient, close to the train station and easily accessible by subway.

The location was more convenient than I expected, and it was quieter than the Glam next door! The room lighting was bright and clean, with enough space to open two large suitcases, and it was rare to have a kettle. The air conditioning was powerful in summer, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Milan.
