"Our 2-bedroom apartment, which we called home for 4 nights, was a comfortable and cosy space that made us feel right at home. Pros: 1. Great location, as it was really a stone's throw away from Duomo. 2. The staff were friendly and helpful. Felt really welcomed when we arrived. 3. The apartments came with the Golden Lounge access where we could help ourselves to light snacks and drinks. 4. Nice gym with Technogym equipment. Cons: 1. Noise from downstairs if you are a light sleeper (but it did not bother us). 2. Water pressure could be stronger. 3. Gym should open earlier or maybe 24 hours for jet lagged guests to use. 4. It Would have been perfect if the apartment came with a washer/dryer. Overall, I would highly recommend this place."

No-one is there to assist and you need to find a table which could be empty and also I did not get coffee I ordered in 30 mins so left for city centre without coffee."

The only drawback was the noisy air-condition panel which has to be set on the lowest level to avoid the noise. We notified the reception with the promise to check it but nothing happened. So, for only one night was ok for us. The room temperature with low air-condition level up as acceptable during the hot summer anyway."
