"I was so lucky to choose this hotel on my first trip to Milan! It deserves full marks! Extremely convenient for Chinese tourists, everything was fantastic 👍 The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we could communicate directly in Chinese! Not only was there no communication barrier, but she also assisted with communication in English and Italian. The hotel is right next to the No. 31 tram, which runs almost 24 hours a day and provides easy access to and from the city center – perfect for independent travelers. The room was very clean and tastefully furnished. The bedding was just the right firmness, the shower water temperature and pressure were perfect, and the surrounding area was very quiet at night – I wasn't disturbed at all. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and you could schedule a delivery to your door. It completely exceeded my expectations, I'll definitely come back next time! 😘"

However, there was a strange odor when I first entered the room, which felt like a previous guest's body odor. It would be great if air freshener could be provided. Also, I'm not sure if the toilet was designed only for Europeans, but it was incredibly high; I had to stand on my tip-toes to sit on it, which was quite something."
