Convenient, easy to reach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even before arriving I had a question about parking and they answered immediately

It is very well located, it takes 30 minutes to walk to the center and the hotel is quite good. The problem is that they put us in the room next to reception and we could hear a lot of noise.

Good hotel room for the price but a little bit difficult to track. We stayed for a day, room was good, bathroom was clean and big, big balcony as well. Only thing weird was that at 10 pm they came to say that we cannot talk loudly in the room. Also the heater only works on certain hours and it can get a bit chilly. They had provided us with big blankets though.

Hotel host/ concierge/ security was very rude on checking out - he kicked us out the room and was not able to wait 10mins. Screamed at us to leave, with our bags not even being packed. We had to go outside and finishing packing out stuff.
Even in a 5* hotel they dont do this.

Stinky bedroom on the ground floor 2 little soaps Very thin towels Wifi was not working for 2 days, I had to complain about it and they finally found a solution Very basic, clean bed 243 euros per night! Ok it was the design week in Milan but I think that for that price it was a big scam Never again
