It was very close to Milan Central Station and the metro, so it was convenient. I would like to use this hotel again.

Very good price/quality ratio! We were pleasantly surprised. Sound insulation is perfect. I liked the room. The only negative is the terribly made shower, which turned the entire bathroom into a lake 😅

We had booked a room 17-20 sqm and paid in advance. When we arrived, we were naturally given a much smaller and barrier-free room on the ground floor! Room given. When we asked that it wasn't our room, we were told there wasn't another one until the next day.
There was no way to store, hang or put anything in the bathroom. A quick shower meant the whole room was underwater. The window faced directly onto the street, you felt like you were sleeping at the train station, as run as it was. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the blanket extremely thin. In the middle of the night you would often be woken up by the screaming of people outside, which sounded as if they were in the room.
The next morning we were allowed to change rooms. In response to the complaints, the employees only apologized briefly but were of no further interest. It was then made clear that we would get a larger room out of generosity, even though we had already paid for the larger room anyway and the first night was a horror night.
