Overall, it was just okay. The location is excellent; seeing the cathedral just around the corner was stunning. Since the cathedral is surrounded by commercial streets, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient – you can find pretty much anything you need. However, the interior left a lot to be desired. First, there were stains on the room's sofa that looked like blood. Breakfast is in the basement, requiring a separate elevator. What's concerning is that this elevator seems to connect to the outside, raising security worries about external individuals potentially accessing the guest room area. When this elevator reaches the ground floor, it doesn't lead to the lobby; you have to go back to the guest room area to take another elevator to the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast area wasn't very hygienic. There were often small flying insects, and the tableware wasn't clean; the glass had noticeable water stains. Most unacceptable was that the cutlery at my table had been used but was placed directly in front of me. I only realized after finishing my meal that the knife I hadn't used had traces of butter on it.

Location: Super convenient! It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which has lines 1 and 4. The cathedral is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there aren't many power outlets in the room. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. However, the room was quite spacious and had a balcony, and it was very quiet at night. The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast: Quite a good spread, with lots of fruit. The ricotta cheese and ham were delicious. Highly recommended!

The room is nice, and the location is good too, in the city center, with the subway and light rail downstairs. The only problem is that it's too noisy at night. Even with the windows closed, the light rail noise is still loud all night. Otherwise, it's good. If you don't mind the noise, you can consider it.

The service staff are all young and energetic, their English is very good, and they can communicate easily. Everyone is enthusiastic to provide help, including carrying luggage and bags, and even helping to call TAXI. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable. Go straight, turn right, and walk 800 meters to the Duomo. Will come and stay next time

The location is excellent, less than a two-minute walk from the M3 metro exit. Actually, you can take the M1 to the Cathedral station and walk for about 5 minutes. There's a flower shop downstairs; you'll find it when you see the newsstand and flower shop. This apartment seems to be converted from a previous long-term lease. It's on the 7th floor of the building. The front desk closes at 6 PM daily. If you arrive after that, there's no front desk available; you'll need a key to open the main entrance downstairs, then the door on the 7th floor, and finally your room. The room layout is reasonable. It can be noisy because of the trams passing downstairs; earplugs are provided. Check-out time is 11 AM; there's a €20 charge for late check-out, and it's strictly enforced. The water pressure in the shower head on the ceiling is very low, so use it with caution. The bedding is okay, except the comforter is just a thin blanket. Toiletries are complete, including cotton swabs and cotton pads. Luggage can be left at the front desk, but the service is very good. I stayed here to see a performance at La Scala; the location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk and on a straight road. Hope everyone has a great time in Milan

The hotel is near the Milan Cathedral and is easy to find. The room is not bad, a big bed + a sofa bed. Breakfast was more monotonous, we ate for a day, 20 euros a person, the price outside can also eat well. recommend!

The studio had flimsy automatic locks and was located on a balcony of an internal courtyard. There was no window, only the main door which was basically a floor to ceiling window. Sadly, the cheap blackout blinds they installed were attached to the glass panels which meant it was not possible to keep the window/door open without anyone peeking inside or while keeping safety in mind. Overall, I could not get any fresh air while in the apartment, it was noisy and it didn’t feel safe. Cleanliness was so so, I found black hairs on the bedsheets and lint here and there. The pros were the helpful phone customer service (not the whatsapp service…), soft towels and the fact that it was a cost-effective accommodation — but I would never go back nor recommend this place

Every time I visit Milan, I stay here. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the Duomo and several metro stations, making it easy to get to attractions, the Central Station, and the airport express. The room comes with breakfast, which is quite ample and includes fresh fruit. The freshly baked bread is also delicious. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; once the double-glazed windows are closed, you can't hear the trams or other street noise. The room itself is clean and tidy, and actually looks much better in person than in the pictures. Highly recommend staying here!
