Hotel room was dirty, burn holes in the blinds, dirty bathroom not at all what I expected for nearly $700 a night. Was charged $50 for a pet fee yet not pet kit provided. Room doors were very noisy not standard doors neighbors coming in woke up us because of the strikes used on doors. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. While the views are nice nothing else was worth it.

Overall, it was good. It's very close to Milan Cathedral, and the service was excellent. They can also help you call a taxi in the morning.

This hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Nice but the rooms are a real hit or a miss
Our room at first was not so nice or comfy, but the second room they switched us into was good
