The location of the hotel is very convenient for reaching the historic center of the city. The staff is very helpful and ready to accommodate requests. There are automatic drink machines. Public transport stop nearby and there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel.

Very good hotel in convenient location close to the center of Milan. Stayed here several times and it was always perfect. Hope to come back next time.

If you want the reassurance of being able to contact the hotel with any issues, book elsewhere. I booked my stay and have been trying to contact the hotel for a month. They had stated to contact them with any late check in times ahead of booking (I’m due to go 7th June…) - I have emailed 2 separate email addresses, called them (the number doesn’t exist at any time of day, doesn’t even ring) and contacted on all social media as a last resort. I could not get through to anyone even with my efforts. I have cancelled this hotel, so cannot comment on amenities, cleanliness etc. however, their customer service is truly atrocious and left me feeling anxious about my trip rather than excited. It’s a shame, as all other reviews have been great. I hope this was a one off miscommunication from the hotel. Luckily I could get a full refund.

Cercavo una camera per una notte in vista di un ricovero ospedaliero; albergo vicinissimo all'ospedale, con l'essenziale di cui avevo bisogno. Pulito, comodo, wifi, personale molto disponibile, bagno attrezzato. Non avevo bisogno di colazione, vista panoramica, o altre necessità di tipo vacanziero. Per le mie esigenze e la mia esperienza con la struttura (già utilizzata in passato) sono più che soddisfatto, infatti è la terza volta che la utilizzo.

My stay at the Hotel Palladio was very pleasant. A friend and I only stayed in Milan for one night and this hotel was perfect for that kind of trip. The hotel has a good location, it is very easy to walk from there to the city. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel felt safe. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors, but as we were both tired from traveling the noise was not an issue for us.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Palladio un paio di notti in vista di un concerto. La sera in cui siamo arrivati, c’era un signore alla reception super cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire accolti all’istante. Purtroppo attorno alle undici di sera abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza (nulla che dipendesse dall’organizzazione dell’Hotel) e sono stati velocissimi e disponibili a darci una mano, permettendoci di cambiare camera. Detto ciò, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e tornerei sicuramente altre volte. Consigliatissimo
