On the day of departure, I missed the flight. Because of the time difference, I quickly notified the hotel in the middle of the night. I wanted to see if the hotel could be accommodating and postpone the date, or add some money to postpone it for one day. The hotel said that it would take until the morning to deal with it (there is a time difference). When I dealt with it in the morning, I was told that it was already the day of check-in and it could not be postponed, so it was cancelled! It must be the day of check-in! The plane is an emergency, not the day, but which day? Because I had originally booked two nights, I had to give up one night and book another night (a total of two nights). I have never encountered such a hotel, there is no room for negotiation, generally speaking, it is negotiable, after all, it is a problem with the plane! When it rained on the day of departure, I fell because the door was too slippery, and there was garbage on the ground. There was no timely assistance to go to the airport (to catch the plane). There was no choice, so we took the two ice packs given by the hotel and left quickly. My mother's feet are still swollen and she walks with a limp, but because we still have to rush to France, the main thing is that there is no emergency ability at all! It didn't help us either! I don't understand what's the point of sending me an email when we arrive in France? Let us see a doctor and the hotel can claim insurance, haha. Do you need this money? Don't stay at this kind of hotel. Don't spend the money. It's expensive and the room is small (this is the worst Park Hyatt I've ever stayed at. It's not as good as I imagined). The service is not up to par.
