What a cute hotel! A short walk from Centrale station. It doesn’t have a traditional reception, but check in was automated and easy and my emails were answered very quickly. The check in instructions were very easy to follow. The room is compact, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, in room safe, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, kettle, tea bags etc. The bathroom is so cute, but again, has everything needed, including a bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rack and magnified mirror. I would definitely stay again. Recommended.

Considering this was booked on the cheap, last minute i wasn't expecting much but i was happily mistaken. Hotel is well located in the centre of Milan, just along from the central train & subway station. Despite being on the third floor, the hotel is clearly signposted with its on buzzer for the electronic exterior door. On the third floor, the elevator opens straight into a very large reception area. The staff i encountered understood & spoke good English. They were also very patient & attentive too. The decor was reflective of the premises, nice but nothing special. The place seemed very clean & the first rooms are located on the same floor. The rooms themselves are again nothing special. Spacious with a large window & beds were reasonably comfortable, if a little hard. Bathroom is a decent size with a bath/shower. Breakfast was served in the large reception area & their was an appropriate selection available which all seemed good quality. Their was also coffee available via table service. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment & i would consider staying here again.

We have to pass one night in Milan en route to the Last Supper of Leonardo da Vinci and then pour Florence. We have chosen this nice hotel due to its vicinity to the main train station. Well I am handicapped and got frightened when I saw no path to my scooter. Big mistake : two kind men from the reception quickly put a ramp over the stairs which stayed during our,too short, sojourn. In addition they kept a part of our luggage until our coming back from Florence a week later If you look for nice, central and full of hospitality- Auriga (in Latin charioteer) will bring you there. Was only here for a night but found the hotel hotel comfortable safe and convenient to visit Milan's main sights. I arrived from Bergamo airport and hotel was just a few minutes walk from where bus stops at train station. Room was fine and comfortable and all staff friendly. Best thing was the breakfast - lots of choice and delicious. Overall was great for an overnight stay, but would happily have stayed here longer!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were friendly. The place was spotlessly clean. The apartment was really big and we loved our skyline view from our bedroom. The location was a bonus, it’s only 3 stations away from Duomo Cathedral on the metro
