The location is excellent—right near the train station. We requested a high-floor room, but none were available for all three nights of our stay. The room we received is close to the lift, and the walls are thin. It's also very small and narrow. Although the balcony is nice, we're on a low floor, so we can hear trains and people talking from the street.

The location is excellent — just across from the train station, which is very convenient. However, there’s no elevator at the entrance, so we had to ask the staff for help carrying our luggage up and down the stairs

Not worth the price and there is no amenity at all. Breakfast was included in the price I paid, if not its not worth paying for it at all!

Amazing location & great stay!
The location is absolutely perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. The hotel is easy to find and very well-connected, with a tram stop right in front. There’s also a supermarket just two blocks away (Aldi!), which was super convenient.
The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Staff were nice, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay.
I really loved staying here and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

With this price, the shower room should be able to make it a bit bigger. The water temperature should be more stable. The hair dryer can last only 1 minute, which is Inconvenience.

Very quality hotel but for that price the breakfast should be good. Eg not fresh orange juice. Not big variety of cheeses. But the rooms are perfect
