This hotel has no humanity. I couldn't see the time clearly because of my eyes. Booked a day in advance. After booking the room, I immediately reported it to the Ctrip website. Ctrip was very enthusiastic and agreed to negotiate for a one-day postponement. As a result, after repeated negotiations, the hotel still refused to change the time. Cost me a day's worth of room. Ctrip also felt sorry and gave me a subsidy of 200 yuan. Thank you Ctrip. It is recommended that Ctrip remove this hotel from its shelves and advise guests never to book this hotel. It is a shame for Chinese people to associate with inhumane people. The system needs to be adhered to, and there are specificities that need to be considered.

I liked the hotel. I stayed in room 304. The room was spacious, it was possible to turn on the air conditioning for heating. The desk is large for working on a laptop. There is a delicious pizzeria next to the hotel. The station is not far on foot, about 7 minutes. Repubblica metro station is a 5-minute walk away. The water pressure in the shower is strong, the wifi quality is good, the speed is high. The only drawback is the noise coming from the corridor when anyone is talking.

The hotel was not worth its price. We were given a very small, outdated room and it smelled of cigarettes. We then got a new room, which wasn't really any better. We were also bitten by gels all night long
