The room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service attitude is very good. Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful. This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

The location is very good. There are many good restaurants and supermarkets within a few hundred meters. I especially recommend the Steakhouse across the road. It is recommended not to stay on the side of the road because it is very noisy. The other side has a nice golf course view and is quiet.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

The location of the hotel is very centric. It’s a nice building the people were very friendly and nice. Our room was great. Clean and very roomy. Didn’t order room service but we enjoyed the mini frig in our room.

The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .

Very good and convenient hotel, the front desk service is warm. As a tourist who came to Messicali for the first time, the experience was very good. The pool is also very good 😃
