Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

We were travelling on a rented motorbike from Penang to Ipoh just for a day visit to some restaurants we know. Along the way it rained heavily as we were about 20min from Ipoh. I decided to use Trip.com once again, and find a cheap hotel. My goodness, what a marvellous surprise for both of us, as it turned out to be such a lovely experience, almost like a 5 star hotel…… The room was gorgeous and facing mountains (west). Everything was perfect and clean. Bed & pillow were clean, smooth sheets and mega comfy! We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but looked nice (see photo). We will stay again, when we are back to Ipoh. PERFECT!!

Basically the hotel is ok in term of location and service. If they can improve below 2 items then it is even better. a. Breakfast choice. Maybe i stay at monday but its choice is really limited. b. Swimming Pool. If the close time can be extend to 10pm instead of 7pm then it is good.

We had a pleasant two-night stay at the Impiana Hotel. The location was perfect near to attractions place .The staff were professional and welcoming, and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d happily return for my next visit.

The hotel claimed has reburbished… is a mixed feeling. Location is great, crew service is good, breakfast section is good… yet need to pay more attention to the neatness of upkeeping the room and maintenance… such as photo attaching… chipped mark of the door frame and surface, not sure is uncleanliness of uneven of painting, teared off of the wall paper, dirt and scratch marks on walls and linings, still using the plain carpet floor, which with some undescricabl“smell” especially if the moisture sill trapped, loud sound from the rest room ventilator, weak air flow of the hair blower… etc. Used tone one of the preferred hotel in Ipoh… hope the management truly look into the details. t

This new hotel is truly new and luxurious! The location is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. The swimming pool is huge. Check-in was very smooth, with three front desk staff assisting, so there was almost no wait. There are also many elevators, which is very convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The front desk service was superb, making us feel right at home. Even though we only stayed one night while passing through, it was very memorable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ipoh.

It was an okay experience staying here. Easy and quick check-in. Basement car park is available at RM2/day with multiple entry. Validate your TnG card at the counter during check-in. Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet. Cons No bed side plugs Old and small TV Water leaks when using the bidet (we booked two rooms only one room got this problem, we stayed at the 11th floor) Pros Wifi and aircond worked very well Iron and ironing board

I stayed at this new hotel in Ipoh for two nights. It’s located just behind the AC Hotel and directly opposite Ipoh Parade, making it a very strategic and convenient spot. All the popular eateries are within a 15-minute walking distance. The room is spacious, more like a studio; very clean, and pleasantly quiet. For a one- to two-person stay, it truly feels more like a home than a hotel. The staff are friendly. While there doesn’t seem to be regular room service or housekeeping, you can request assistance at the counter. Overall, highly recommended!

It's a good hotel. Location is next to a big road close to the Chinese street with great food and not a long Grab ride from the centre. However, walking by the big road isn't great. Hotel is well taken care of, although there are many tiny issues that could be pointed out. However, room was clean and spacious and place was friendly and it was a happy stay. The only thing I'll mention is the coffee. I'm a person who can drink almost anything, but the brew served at this hotel was really not up to my taste. Perhaps somebody likes coffee like this, who knows.

A clean and modern place located right next to Lost World of Tambun — very convenient for families. Rooms are spacious with nice mountain or theme park views. The onsen-style pool is relaxing and well maintained.
