First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

I had a wonderful stay at Stallionz by Mana-Mana last weekend and came away genuinely impressed. The property has a great balance of comfort and style, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind while still feeling thoughtfully designed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely put together with modern touches. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day out. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. The location worked well too, offering a nice mix of convenience and a bit of escape from the busier areas. It felt like a good base to relax while still being within easy reach of nearby spots. Overall, Stallionz by Mana-Mana delivered a really pleasant experience. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish place with warm hospitality. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent! [Highly Recommended] AC Hotel Ipoh – A Comfortable Choice You'll Love After Staying! My recent trip to Ipoh included a stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Ipoh, and the overall experience was so satisfying that I just had to share it! ✅ Super Convenient Location Right in the heart of Ipoh, very close to the airport (seriously, it's close!). It's quick to get to Lost World, Old Town, and all the major food areas. There's also an AEON Mall nearby, perfect for late-night snacks and shopping. ✅ Comfortable and Clean Rooms The room size was decent, the bed was very comfortable, and you could choose your pillow (just call room service for different firmness options). The bathroom was clean, water pressure was good, and the overall design was simple yet tasteful. ✅ Attentive Service The front desk and staff were all very friendly, and check-in/out was efficient. I even checked in smoothly in the early morning, and they helped arrange a parking spot. ✅ Practical Facilities There's a gym, a swimming pool (not huge, but good enough for relaxing), and a lounge for a drink. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, especially the Nasi Lemak and Kaya Toast – delicious! ✅ Great Value for Money For a Marriott brand hotel, the price is reasonable and often cheaper than comparable hotels in Kuala Lumpur. It's suitable for both business and family travel. 📌 A Small Tip The hotel doesn't have its own large parking lot, but there's a paid parking lot right next door (the hotel has a partnership, so remember to ask about discounts). Also, the soundproofing in the rooms is just average, so I'd recommend staying on a higher floor. 💬 Summary: Clean, convenient, great service, and fair prices – I'll definitely choose AC Hotel again on my next visit to Ipoh!

Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

This was our second stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel, and it was a much better experience than our first. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Classic Triple room, and having the night park passes included for both nights was a huge plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved: Amenities: The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room for both nights. Despite being told it just ”takes time” to warm up, it never did. Taking a cold shower at 11:00 PM after the night park was a major downside. Dining & Location: The hotel isn't very close to outside eateries. Room service ends around 10:00 PM, so if you return from the night park late, options are very limited. Since we visited during the Raya break, most nearby Muslim-owned shops were closed, requiring a drive to find food. Breakfast: Day one was enjoyable, but day two was a bit chaotic due to the surge of guests. Food wasn't refilled quickly enough and finding a table was a challenge and a lot of food were not refilled as it finished. Overall, a good stay for the park access, but the water temperature and breakfast logistics during peak periods need attention.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Excelsior with my family tand it didn’t disappoint. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were fortunate this time to be allocated the newly renovated  triple room and it was nice and classy. There was some issue with the plumbing connected to the toilet bowl but a staff was sent over in less than half and hour to fix the issue. The hotel room was clean and one of the concierge staff named Hazz was extremely helpful and took his initiative to help google for information on places in Ipoh we asked him about. He also gave a number of good recommendations for alternative places to visit as well. Another thing I like about this hotel is, they usually have iced lemon tea at their lobby for guests to drink. This is a godsend when guests like me return to the hotel, given the sweltering heat in the afternoon. Nothing beats having a glass of iced lemon tea before heading up to your room. We will definitely return to Hotel Excelsior the next time we come to Ipoh.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable. Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨ Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

This hotel is located in the ICC commercial building, right next to the Marriott, and not far from the scenic spots. A taxi ride costs about 10 RMB, though prices can double during peak hours. The room was clean, but the bedding was uncomfortable. The bed was too high, and the pillows were super hard and thick. The soundproofing wasn't great either; you could hear doors closing and people talking in the hallway. There aren't many food options or supermarkets nearby. Other than that, everything else was good.

The door had a little problem but other than that everything is splendid. We were lucky to be able to watch the LWOT Christmas fireworks from the balcony. It was amazing since it’s so close to us.

Stayed at Travelodge Ipoh and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was a bit small, but still cozy enough for a good sleep. The facilities were good too — the gym and swimming pool are free to use and quite standard for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the breakfast, with so many types of food and choices available. Another plus point is the free parking provided for hotel guests, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a good stay and worth considering when visiting Ipoh!
