We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

I booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

Great view, breakfast, clean, neat, good for taking pictures at the beach after breakfast, and the sky pool on the 4th floor is nice and clean, perfect for taking pictures. And the pool on the 1st floor is also clean and nice.

It was better than my expectations. They allowed early check in for us. I liked the Philippines style room interior. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and comfortable. Facilities are well maintained and safe for children. There are pools for kids and adults. Can use the shelters right next to beach. There are also activity corners next to the beach. Restaurants are a bit expensive than outside, but food was delicious and good service. They don’t allow food delivery. But you can being meals or food in your room and only allowed to eat in the room. I would definitely recommend for family travelers.

This is an old hotel, so the rooms are quite old. We booked a standard room but then had to upgrade it for an additional amount. White Sands staff are amazing, they were always willing to assist us whenever we needed something. The hotel is central and is located right next to the beach. Breakfast was also standard, it could have been better if they catered more for foreigners. Overall we had a good stay.

We recently stayed at the Mithi for one week on November and it was a beautiful hotel to stay at, the pool and views are beautiful, we did snorkelling just off the beach the hotel has a boat and they will take you out to the reef which is really good, the rooms are cleaned great, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful they are all great, the food is very nice but you do need to add a few more vegetarian options to the menu, there is not much around so you do need to rent a motor bike or pay for a tuk tuk to see the island, I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou for a great holiday! Let’s start from the good parts: * The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting. * location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it. * soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good. Now for the bad parts: The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that. * breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino. * pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain. * the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.

Housing Agotata restaurant which serves tadty selections of local and western dishes with different views ambiance. Guests can also OPT - for official diet meals request while room service options are available. The property is just 1km from the famous Alona Beach and 3km from Danao Beach master Cebu International Airport is approximately 87 km away..

I must start with the most incredible aspect of our experience, which far exceeded expectations. We accidentally left over $1,000 USD in our hotel room safe when we checked out. We didn’t realize this until after we had arrived on Boracay. I didn’t expect to ever see that money again. Certainly, in the US, there’s no chance in hell I’m ever getting that money back. Nevertheless, when I called the Holiday Inn Cebu City, the staff seemed genuinely committed to finding the money and somehow getting it back to me. Once they found it, they called me back immediately and confirmed the amount in the safe. Then, for the better part of two days, the staff visited various Western Union offices in Cebu City to find someone that would exchange the notes into pesos, which they could then send to me via Western Union in the US. They finally found someone who could send all but $300 because those were the older $100 bills that most foreign money changers won’t touch. Oh well, I was more than excited to get most of my money back. I was quite happy to leave the remaining $300 as a tip for their super service. Then, after a couple more weeks, they contacted me and let me know they were able to convert the remaining $300 to pesos. Keep in mind that this is a country where the wage rate is significantly lower than the US and this was a material amount of money. The staff at the Holiday Inn Cebu City was so honest and so committed to excellent customer service that they went out of their way to get the rest of the money to me. This in itself made me a life time, loyal customer of this hotel. Now, beyond this particular amazing experience, the hotel is the perfect spot for tourists. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Asia, and the swimming pool had a great view and was well appointed. The location is perfect for tourists because lots of places are walking distance, like the Ayala Center. Hands down a memorable stay for a world traveler who’s been to every continent. I highly recommend this property!!

Clean and well-presented hotel. I've never experienced a hotel lobby not being on the ground floor (it's on floor 9), but that's no big deal. We stayed in the deluxe twin room. 2 king single beds that can be pushed together if you're a couple. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was also very clean. The only issues we had were: WiFi very slow/going in and out of range. Wait times for the elevator were consistently long (3-4mins) Buffet breakfast was delicious! We didn't get the chance to check out the pool as we only stayed overnight.

Very good location, it’s right in front of airport but walking towards the hotel is very hard because the elevator is broken. So have to walk upwards with our heavy luggage, very tiring and suffering. Hotel room is furniture is very antique and old. Room facing a destroyed building. Amenities wise very sufficient even have shaver. Breakfast is good, better than food in Manila. Pit Senyor!

Great place to stay with your loved ones. Staff are friendly and accomodating plus they are always smiling. The Salt Restaurant made us feel like they are always there to attend to our needs. Very Good people around. Front desk is available 24/7 and that’s awesome! Thank you for the great stay BE! Will surely be back soon!

Check in was a bit messy. We went to lobby 1 and waited to be checked in only to find out that our room in lobby 2. We waited there again, it was almost 3pm when we able to go to our room as the guide told us that the room was still wet and just cleaned. Fridge was turned off and got musty smells. Microwave was dirty, i think never cleaned for so long. So all their kitchen amenities, we did not use.

there are about six or seven old buildings five and six stories high. some are apartments, some sold as condos, some are managed long term stay and clockwork orange owns or leases twenty or so and pretends they are a luxury suite for travelers . clockwork patrons share all common areas like elevators and halls with all walks of life. the pool clockwork shows is not accessible to clockwork patrons. their pool is a postage stamp surrounded by six stories on all sides with balconies flying laundry and residents sitting smoking or doing just nothing. this is a place for poor people we were in two rooms after refusing the first one which had no lock at all on the patio door and other issues. the second was very nice in appearance but the bathroom drains had to be picked out with your fingernails to drain, one very nice large tv did not work, there was no soap or shampoo which took about three hours to get finally there is nothing in the neighborhood. its 7 to 15 minute walk to any services like seven eleven on a very busy two lane road with no sidewalks. No Thanks to that the ”captive” hotel store had almost nothing on the shelves. there is a cafe on the first floor two with a fast food menu painted on the facade. the only possible use for this place might be to overnight relative to flying. it is close to the airport btw, the staff and esp marriane were great although marriane was obvious the girl friday of the place. although i need maintenance i think marriane was it. i never saw security anywhere in the entire complex. marriane did part of the housekeeping in addition to all of the client management of check and check out. give clockwork orange a wide berth!!

I came here on my honeymoon and didn't expect much!! But as soon as I came in, there was no bad smell. I think I was able to rest comfortably~ And there was a living room and kitchen, and it was pretty. I'm going to have a good rest🙃🙃

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

The good thing is that the rooms are a good size. It's not too far from Alona Beach. The swimming pool in the hotel has not been used, but it looks okay for leisure. The service at the front desk is also good. The first downside is that there is no door to the bathroom. Don't dry after taking a bath all day. Very uncomfortable. There is a farmhouse on the back, and the dogs bark and the cocks crow all night, so I can't sleep well. The third is that there are insufficient designs in small places, such as not many plug versions. It's still the kind that although there are two ports, there is no space for the second plug when one is plugged in. The whole **** design kind. Although it is not a hotel problem, the selection of hotel materials is indeed not clever. Overall value for money. You get what you pay for.

I stayed at this place with my wife for 5 nights. We are long term travelers. - location: the hotel is a bit far off, you will need to rent a scooter at the hotel to explore the area. Currently, roadworks makes the access a bit difficult but possible - staff: lovely staff that genuinely takes care about you. The receptionist (Sam) was really helpful with transportation advice as well as for any other query. - rooms: rooms are spacious and serviced daily. The AC works well and is silent (any long term traveler will know the value of this). There are blackout curtains and the beds are quite comfy - food: we loved the food at this place. The menu clearly displays the German ownership of the hotel and the portions are European sized but local food is available as well. - surroundings: the pool is clean and very nice, the area is surrounded by resident bungalows to which you have no access. All in all the hotel is value for money, certainly partly due to its location...

environment: The location of the hotel is very quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach. It is a little inconvenient if you want to go diving in the sea every day. Although there is a shuttle bus, the time in the morning and night is not suitable, so its usefulness is limited. It is more suitable for family leisure travel. You can rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. If you have a motorcycle, the distance is not a problem. Serve: The service was very nice. We arrived early on the first day and couldn't check in yet. The front desk was very considerate and brought us coffee and breakfast sandwiches. You can reserve the time and dishes for breakfast in advance, which is more convenient for us who are in a hurry to go out in the morning. There are Filipino, American, and Chinese options to choose from. The Chinese style includes dumplings, fried dumplings, and Demae Yiding. The seasoning of the fried dumplings is quite good. good facility: The only slight drawback is the bathroom facilities. There are no hooks, and there is no place to put bath towels and changes of clothes. It is recommended to add some In addition, the shower head felt blocked by salt water scale, the water was very small, and one of the shower heads was broken, so the feeling of taking a shower was not very good.

Very nice stay, great location, good amenities. Small hidden gem outside of the mass tourism. Nice pool and garden, very nice bridge in the mangrove. Super location for massage in the outdoor area, do not miss it !!! Very good breakfast, but they could improve the coffee. Regarding the restaurant, it is good but very slow. The staff is a big plus to this place!!! I will come back.

This resort opened only in December 2022 and is a sister resort of Amihan (directly connected). The French owner together with his attentive staff are doing a great job of starting a new property just minutes away from the main beach and restaurants located on the main street. Both Amihan and Bathala feature great outdoor spaces, lush greenery and very spacious rooms. The rooms have a very minimalist, modern design (but I would personally add art work or plants inside the room). In Bathala you can swim-up to the bar and select from many of cocktails offered. My only two recommendations for improvement would be the breakfast and providing electric mosquito killers. Breakfast selection is simple, with too few healthy options. Having more healthy options would be great. Regarding mosquitoes, unfortunately you have to be ready for plenty of them (or at least in the season we were travelling in). Electric mosquito killers in each room would make the sleep even more pleasant.
