Not the first time staying here, and will go back again.
Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance.
Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont.
First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things.
Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday.
The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it.
The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable.
However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach.
They provide swimming towels too!
I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.
Our stay at Bohol Beach Club was an absolute dream, a perfect blend of swaying palm trees and pristine white sands! We stayed in a beachfront villa suite, and from our terrace, we had an uninterrupted view of the towering coconut trees, standing like elegant sentinels stretching endlessly along the coastline. They not only formed a stunning tropical tableau but also provided refreshing shade from the scorching sun. Lying in a hammock or on a beach chair, listening to the rustle of the coconut leaves in the sea breeze, was the unique, soothing soundtrack of this place. The fine, soft white sand was a delight to walk on barefoot, transitioning from warm to cool with every step. The beach gently sloped into the clear, emerald-green waters, creating a natural shallow area that was safe and perfect for children to play and for beginners to snorkel. If you're looking for that classic, quintessential island paradise – swaying palms, immaculate white sand, and crystal-clear water – Bohol Beach Club is the epitome of that postcard-perfect scene. We will definitely return for more memories of this coconut breeze and white sand!

Excellent Stay!
I recently stayed at this accomodation and was really impressed. The room was well-equipped — it had a coffee maker, rice cooker, induction cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine…and even a garment steamer! There was a steady supply of drinking water, a big TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the bathrobes provided — a nice touch of comfort. It also had a gym and a pool but unfortunately, I stayed on a Monfay and its closed for cleaning and maintenance.
The place is quiet since it’s located away from the city noise but still conveniently close to the airport. The only small issue I had was figuring out how the hot shower works, but everything else was perfect. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back!
The room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and the service was good value for the price. Access from the room to the pool was very convenient. The swimming pool is large and suitable for both kids and adults, with shallow areas on both sides for non-swimmers and deeper sections in the middle for more confident swimmers.
Breakfast was plated and reasonable for its price. The room tended to be a bit humid, and the pool had a strong chlorine level, so using swimming goggles may be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
This hotel offers excellent value for money; I'd highly recommend it to any friends visiting Bohol.
**Facilities:** No mini-fridge, which I suggest they improve. The local weather is hot, and it's inconvenient when you want a cold drink or ice cream in your room.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean. The pool is meticulously cleaned every day.
**Environment:** It's quite close to Alona Beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and even if you take a tricycle back on your own, it's not expensive. There's a decent-sized supermarket about a ten-minute drive away.
**Service:** The front desk and staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic.

Very nice resort with a small beach, 2 pools and some restaurants and bars. Rooms are big enough, breakfast was delicious. You need to walk a bit to find if you want to find outside restaurants or shops. Approximately 30mins by Grab to/from the airport.

I loved that there were so many pools! The waterslide was super fun~ I had pre-booked an event for my birthday, and they said I'd get a bottle of wine and a cake, but only the wine was prepared. Still, the room was spacious and had a washing machine, which was great.

Booked a deluxe twin room for my two-day, one-night free and easy trip to Cebu. It was great value for money. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot despite being in a busy area. The breakfast buffet was good, and there's a huge mall next door with a food court and a big supermarket. I even found some local Cebu specialties like dark chocolate-covered dried mangoes, which were more than half the price compared to Manila airport. However, the city center of Cebu isn't the best environment, though it felt safe enough.
Conveniently located close enough to Alona beach to easily access all the restaurants, beaches, shops etc by scooter or tuktuk but also far away enough to not constantly be bothered by loud motors, tons of roosters and all that other noise.
Rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with safe, fridge, hair dryer and plenty of racks and hooks to hang and dry your clothes. There's also an outdoor gym area and the pool is big and good for swimming. Plus the wifi is very stable and great for working remotely.
Service is friendly and helpful, the restaurant is good too.
Can recommend the hotel
Huge thanks to the entire hotel team for the warm welcome! The hotel is new and spotless, it was a pleasure to spend my vacation here. The room even had nice little touches like a scale and a speaker for connecting your own music. Everything was well thought out, and the rooms are very spacious. The pool is divided into four zones, which is super convenient – guests don't get in each other's way by all being in one spot. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends when they visit Panglao.

Very Good
GGuest UserI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.
LLvxingdarenxiaowangziThe hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service is also top-notch, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.
AAMtravelsThank you, Holiday Inn Cebu.
My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.
See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!
TTreyExplorerAmazing staff! Great food, many pools, and brilliant atmosphere. I was in a newly renovated room.
Although the toilet seat definitely needed updating. The seat was damaged/old and needed replacing. I requested this two days in a row, and it wasn’t changed.
Other than the toilet seat issue, my stay was perfect.
BBaimajunzai2000Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea.
Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options.
Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to.
However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town.
Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.
TTravelLight08My friends and I had such a great time at Solea Mactan Resort! The pools were fun, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole resort had a relaxing and enjoyable vibe. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. Perfect place for a barkada getaway and unforgettable memories in Cebu!

Our family just had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Lime Resort, and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional the entire team made our stay.
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—but what truly set this experience apart was the people.
A very special thank you to Jun (Chief of Security)—although that title doesn’t begin to describe what he does. Jun went far beyond his role, taking care of us like family. He was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure every detail of our visit was flawless. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to guest experience, and he truly elevated our entire stay.
At the restaurant, Marloun (Restaurant Manager) runs an incredible operation. You can feel the pride and professionalism in every aspect of the dining experience.
Our servers, Jacky and Mark James, were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. They made dining feel effortless and enjoyable.
At the bar, Lareno crafted drinks that were not only delicious but memorable—perfectly balanced and served with great personality.
A special mention to Heaven (OJT), who showed incredible enthusiasm and warmth. If this is the future of hospitality, Lime Resort is in great hands.
And finally, Helen (Chef)—thank you for preparing one of the best omelets I’ve ever had. Sometimes it’s the simplest things done perfectly that leave the biggest impression.
Every single person we encountered contributed to a five-star experience. Lime Resort isn’t just a beautiful place—it’s powered by a team that genuinely cares.
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly exceptional family getaway.
GGuest UserBooked for 5 rooms and stayed for 2 nights.
This hotel offers quality service, rooms are spacious and is exceptionally well-maintained though it shows its age in some areas. The cleanliness is superb, and the entire staff is polite and always ready to assist. While it is about 30 minutes from the airport, the location is convenient. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection – not an extensive spread, but the quality is good.
GGuest UserI will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service. First time in my life I got to use the bidet as shower. We called the receptionist for our complain about the unbearable hot temperature of their shower and we are told that they will call the engineering dept.to respond to the issue. But after almost an hour of waiting (imagine, I already got my body pre-showered,because I stopped when I felt that the water is so hot) we got a call asking if we will be extending our stay. And luckily, it was my husband who answered the call. And calmly replied, “No, we will be checking out in a moment”. Because if I were the one who got the chance to answer the call, then I will say “we will definitely not extending our stay. And never to come again.”
I decided to just use the bidet as shower so we can leave the place.
I hope this will not happen to anybody.
Their price doesnt justify the means.
NEVER AGAIN! 😌
PPaul Geoffrey MorrisMy partner and I were absolutely impressed with the service and breakfast buffet was my highlight every day. I’d personally like to thank the staff for making us feel welcome each and every day. We will definitely stay again should we be back in Cebu. Paul and Jenet
