Always great to stay at this property. They always take care of all the requirements. The Properties clean breakfast is great. I will surely visit again.

I keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees. Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

L'Fisher is a little old, but the management has kept the establishment well-maintained. The room rate is very reasonable. The room comes with a bathtub, which is very unexpected for the price we paid. The pool at the adjacent hotel was also good and clean. Breakfast is good for its price. Location-wise, it’s in the city center, so it’s very easy to hail a cab, even late at night.

This hotel is located in S1. I took a tuk-tuk from near S2 to the hotel, which took less than 20 minutes. Locals might pay 20-30 pesos, but the driver charged me 50 pesos, perhaps because I had a suitcase or I'm a foreigner. For first-time visitors to Boracay, this hotel isn't in the bustling commercial area, but for those on a vacation, its location is excellent. First, the hotel is situated within a large shopping complex. On B1, there's a Robinsons Supermarket where you can buy plenty of food, drinks, and daily necessities. There's also a visa extension office; I saw some online comments about people extending their stay there. The complex also has several restaurants that are much more affordable than those near D'Mall. Second, taking a shortcut behind the hotel, you can reach S1 beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. It's close to Diniwid Beach, and you can walk to a popular photo spot and Willy's Rock. You can also find activities like sunset sailing on the beach. The water here is more expansive than S2, and the sand is finer. The hotel provides two bath towels daily, which you can take out using a card. Since I didn't stay on the beach for long, I didn't use this amenity. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to different beaches, but you need to book in advance, so I didn't use that either. The hotel has a large swimming pool, perfect for a vacation. Each floor has purified water, and rooms have large reusable bottles for refilling. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony where I could hang swimwear to dry. My room faced the street, so it wasn't as quiet as it could be, but I'm a good sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Check-in took a bit longer, as there were many documents to sign and a deposit was required, which could be paid by credit card.

I'd rate 5/5 for everything but -- Cleanliness - overall it is 5/5 but there were times when we hung the make up room sign and came back with the room not yet clean, i think it happened like 4 times during our one week stay :( Amenities - fairways is a really great place to stay because of their amenities, but everytime we go there, not all of the pools are available. Every time there would be pools that are under maintenance. We've been staying at fairways since 2023, and there would always be pools or other places that are under maintenance.

We waited at the front desk for almost an hour despite having already paid for our booking through Trip.com. When we arrived, the front desk staff informed us that we needed to wait because I did not have my ID with me. However, I was able to present my husband’s ID, which they initially said was acceptable.Despite this, we were still asked to wait, and we noticed that new guests who arrived after us were assisted first. We ended up waiting for about an hour before being attended to.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay with Mandarin Island Hotel. Everything stood out. Shortly after arriving at the property, we were greeted by warm and lovely employees. Welcomed like a family. They’re very attentive to evrything that you need. Complimentary Asian and Western breakfast buffet was the best. Also, the property is located to almost everything. From local restaurants, bars and especially it’s a beach front hotel. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. They're willing to show you cool spots to go to that past guests have enjoyed. The regular shuttle from the hotel to the downtown area and back is an absolute bonus saving you so much money instead of taking the e-trikes, although those are quite fun as well! The pool is well kept and a beautiful addition to anyone's stay there. Would go again.

This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

I booked seven rooms for a night for my family and relatives, totaling 20 people. Before our stay, I tried reaching out to the hotel through email, phone calls, and a third-party booking app, but I couldn’t get any responses. I only received an automatic reply saying they were unavailable and suggested I try again later. On the day of our check-in, I called the hotel around 2 PM to confirm our late arrival since we had a day tour planned. Thankfully, they answered and noted our late check-in. When we arrived around 6 or 7 PM, everything went smoothly, and they accommodated us on the same floor, which was great! The hotel provided basic amenities, but we noticed there were no bottled waters in the rooms. Some relatives were uncomfortable using the water dispenser located outside the rooms, which made it a bit inconvenient. We understand the hotel’s effort to reduce plastic waste, but it would have been nice if they had provided reusable glass bottles instead. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Everyone had a good night’s sleep, and the next day we enjoyed the clean pool, with staff available to help us. The hotel rooms were tidy and well-maintained.
