Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

The hotel is located right outside the central station, shopping centre, and public transport, making it very convenient to reach tourist destinations. The initial room on the fifth floor was dark, and the lights stopped working the following day. The cleaning staff did not proactively report the issue that they certainly would have noticed, and a room change was required because the technician was not available on a Sunday. The hotel provided a welcome drink ticket to compensate for the inconvenience, and the new room on the third floor was much better lit. Although the situation was poorly handled, the overall stay was nice.

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. From the very first moment, everything was perfect – the warm welcome at reception, the stylish ambience, and the impeccable service made my stay a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the stunning view from the window. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable – I've rarely slept so well! What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff: attentive, courteous, and always with a smile. You immediately notice that hospitality is lived here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a short break, a business trip, or a longer stay. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

Excellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).

The hotel's location is great, offering a quiet retreat not far from the bar street, and the city center is within walking distance. There's also a supermarket nearby. The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working, but the staff were quick to respond and replaced it with a new one by the next morning.

The hotel's location is excellent, perfectly situated between the main train station and the old town, making transportation incredibly convenient. Major bus routes stop right by the hotel, providing easy access to anywhere in the city. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service, making us feel right at home. The hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations; whether it was the cold dishes, hot food, drinks, desserts, or fruits, the quality was outstanding, and the variety was extensive enough to satisfy all guests. The guest rooms were well-equipped, clean, and tidy overall, with spacious and bright bathrooms. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which I hope the hotel will improve. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.
