Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! It's a very ordinary holiday home-style guesthouse, but it has a very warm and friendly owner who speaks excellent English. He'll answer any questions you may have.

A very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

Environment: Very convenient location in the city center, easy to access tourist attractions and find restaurants. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and will help with parking free of charge.

An excellent hotel that combines luxury with efficiency. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were professional yet warm. My room was a quiet sanctuary, offering stunning city views and a very comfortable workspace. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym and the relaxing spa. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with exceptional service. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get to my business meetings and explore the city in the evenings. didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Hotel location is good. Parking is possible. Just on the edge of the main road. The traffic is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. The variety is not bad. The room size is also large enough.
