4-Star Hotels in Kocaeli Province, Türkiye

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are OK, but there are no toothbrushes, soaps and other supplies, so you need to bring your own. The sleep is very quiet, the breakfast is rough, and the price-performance ratio is average. There is no better choice in the local area.

The hotel location was perfect, in a classy area and very close to the sea, which made the stay enjoyable and convenient. However, there were some inconveniences that could be improved. The room cleaning was not fully consistent, and basic items like tea bags, soap, and shampoo were missing, so I had to ask for almost everything. Also, the room door card stopped working several times, and I had to go back to the reception repeatedly to reactivate it. Another point is that the air conditioner seemed to be controlled by the reception, as they could turn it on or off when they decided, which was not very comfortable. Overall, the stay was okay, and the location is excellent. With better attention to these details and guest comfort, the experience would be much more enjoyable.

Excellent service, especially the one on the day we check out on 2/6/25 When we ask about the train station service and help us to call a taxi there, she did us even more to check out any vacancy on the train and help us to book the ticket. Sorry that I hadn’t ask for her name. Also the room equipped with washer which is a surprise. Big room size and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The hotel service is very nice. The room is comfortable and clean, not noisy, suitable for a day of travel, let the body rest comfortably, the room is cleaned every day, a very good choice for travel and vacation

We stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness was good, but things like toothpaste and liquid soap were missing. They provided only one pair of slippers for two people; we called and asked for more, but they said it was late and we could come and get them ourselves. Since we weren't the source of the problem, we didn't go down. The restaurant menu was generous considering the accommodation price. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, but the service could be improved.

Hotel is chic! 🤩 The most cool is the view on the Orkhangazi Bridge! Near the Oxygen refuelling station, there are cafes, shops.  Breakfast is delicious, staff polite. Very quiet environment, big balconies. If you have your transport, a great place to stop for a rest. Everything new in the hotel. Well liked it!

Comfortable bed, with heated toilet floor. Very spacious and has full amenities. The cafe serves great meals.

The room is relatively small, economical and fast, the hygiene is average, the breakfast is okay, it is close to the airport, the surrounding area is relatively remote, there is McDonald's and KFC, there is a gas station in front of the hotel, and you can park for free at the door.
