The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. The large swim dock is wonderful…tie a float up to it…lay back and relax…or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis.
