Excellent hotel, unique experience there, great room. Overall I would say it’s the best hotel in Hartford

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

Room clean and tidy

The most convenient hotel for freshmen to enter the school. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I can check in smoothly even if I arrive late at night. I also thank Ctrip customer service for helping me contact the hotel. I felt very good after staying for a few days. It is clean and comfortable. The school restaurant is opposite the main entrance of the hotel. The buffet is very good. You can store your luggage for free. I have renewed it for another 5 days.

The decoration is very tasteful, the service is also very good, the room has a small kitchen bar, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooker and tableware are all available. There is a free washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor. The location is very good, a few minutes drive from the train station and only ten minutes walk to Yale University. There is a popular ice cream shop nearby.

This hotel was booked when I took my children to school. The overall feeling was still very good. The service staff at the front desk of the hotel were particularly enthusiastic and the breakfast was very good.

I traveled in the morning, because this hotel is close to the company, so I chose to stay. This hotel really needs to spit. The air-conditioning outlet in the room is on the floor. When the air-conditioning is turned on, the noise, Emma, originally needs jet lag, but This noise can't sleep at all, unless it can't stand it! Also, talk about the breakfast at this hotel, a few things every day, no more choices! After eating for a day, I went to Diner, 3 km outside the hotel, the next day! Not recommended but no way, next time I live in countyard, just across the road!

Excellent hotel. Big room for families, clean and modern, excellent facilities. Great service. The free shuttle was brilliant, we used it to go and wander round the town and Yale campus.
