ZHENG YAOThe hotel is just above the casino. There is no need to say that it is magnificent. Just eat, drink and have fun in the casino, but the traffic to go elsewhere is a problem. You have to drive by yourself.

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new.
Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that.
Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous.
Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

The location of the hotel is OK, close to Pompeii Street in France. The breakfast in the hotel is very ordinary and very simple. The lighting is dim and the setting is also old. The street restaurant outside the hotel is still worth recommending. You must try the oysters. The Mexican food is not bad either. According to Americans, New Orleans is the best place for American food. I have been to many places in the United States and my actual feeling is the same. Raw oysters are worth a try.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

It's right there at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets, and you can't beat that location.
The place is a bit old but very clean and their breakfast is great. And there is a great ice cream place beside the hotel and restaurants all around.

Guest UserRoom was clean and comfortable. Room was close to the elevator but we didn’t hear it at all. Valet parking is pricey but worth it for us as we are an older couple. We frequently stay at the Jung when attending events at the Smoothie King Center. It’s an easy walk and there are always enough people leaving the venue at the same time that we feel safe, even at night. The Jung is also very close to the Saenger Theatre.

Perfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.

Inviting entrance area with places to sit or lounge with friends and a couple board games. Valet parking, not free but a reasonable price. Helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Also nice and quiet in the rooms.

Excellent hotel: clean with friendly staff. Beds very comfortable and staff willing to go out of the way for you eg book taxis and store luggage; open doors etc. wheelchair access is good. Stayed two nights in September 2025. Aircon was a relief from the hot New Orleans weather. Hotel was very quiet at night.
