It was nice hotel, Spacious and clean room and have lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good had multiple options for Non- Vegetarians but less options for Vegetarians. Will stay here again if needed.
The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.
When looking for a place to stay, too priority for me was room service, which this hotel advertised on their website that they offered. They did not. The front desk person the proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting that ”room service” means they'll come to your room and change your towels. Attached are the website photos, showing ”room service” under the Dining menu, and ”housekeeping” listed under amenities. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the free breakfast was great, but the neighborhood has no walkable stores, and one very pricey restaurant 2 blocks away.
The hotel management is very good and the staff is also enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a large supermarket on the left, which closes at 10 pm. There is a gravel path through the hotel's greenery and trees that leads directly to the main entrance. You don't have to go around to the main entrance. The price is cheaper than the 711 across the street from the main entrance, but 711 is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very close to the subway station and you can see it when you go out. The hotel's underground parking lot costs $25 a day, which is much cheaper than driving to DC to park. Get on the bus at the Twinbrook subway station. If you are going to DC for a whole day, it is recommended to buy a one-day pass for $15.5 ($2 is the cost of the transportation card, which is non-refundable and is also a good souvenir for tourism), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times. The subway is $6.75 one-way, and $2 after 9 pm. The bus is $2. DC has a circulator for 1 US dollar, but if you don't have change or a transportation card, the driver will not let you put in coins. If you are only playing for half a day, it is recommended not to buy a one-day pass. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets separately each time.
I came to attend the World Bank Annual Meeting. The price of a four-star hotel in downtown Washington soared to $700 per night, so I chose to stay in Silver Spring. I didn't expect it to be so convenient here. It's very close to large shopping malls and outlets, and the hotel facilities are very good, and the breakfast is excellent.
The room is clean, spacious and bright, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The hotel has an underground parking lot, and parking overnight is 26 US dollars. If you park in the P3 floor hotel guest parking area, you can take the elevator directly to the front desk lobby on the first floor. If you park in P1, you cannot take the elevator to the hotel front desk, and you can only walk back to the parking entrance along the driveway to the lobby. There is a subway station under the hotel. Next to the hotel (on the left side facing the hotel gate), there is a vertical elevator that goes directly to the subway entrance about ten meters away. It is very convenient to take the subway blue line to downtown Washington. There are many places to eat around the hotel. There is a large supermarket with many food for sale after walking for more than ten minutes.
During my trip to Washington, D.C., I chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Largo - Washington, D.C. The overall experience was quite good, giving it a 4 out of 5. Parking is free and convenient, making it very suitable for those traveling by car. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and if you don't want to go out, there are restaurants within the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night's rest. However, the breakfast was average, with limited variety and the taste could be improved. Overall, the value for money was good, and I would consider it again next time. This time when I visited Washington, I chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Largo - Washington D.C. Hotel. The overall experience was quite good, so I give it 4 stars. If you don't want to go out, there is also a restaurant in the hotel to choose from. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a good rest at night. However, the breakfast was rather ordinary, with not many choices and the taste could be improved. Overall, the value for money is acceptable. I would consider staying here again if I have the chance.
Not as far from the subway station as expected, the room is bright, the bed is very comfortable, and the price is very high. The parking lot is on the underground floor, 35 knives a day, basically fair.

AAnonymous UserHere, I need to tip for daily cleaning and hygiene. The next day I also gave the result that I put a lot of towels and didn’t make it 😢. Breakfast is also very simple (there are three varieties). If you can choose to book without breakfast, it is more cost-effective. Coffee is 5 dollars a cup. There is no smell. There is no water in the room (the front desk told me that there is an empty bottle to go to the floor to get water (the result is that the equipment is broken 😅), parking is not free for 50 dollars. This price is the price of a standard five-star hotel in China, this time I really stepped on the pit.

GGuest UserThe good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food. The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.
GGuest UserIt meets Marriott's usual standards. Parking is in the parking lot next to the hotel. There is a dedicated skywalk from the 2nd floor of the parking lot directly to the 3rd floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. We chose to park by ourselves, which is much cheaper than valet parking.
