It's in downtown, but there's practically nothing around. The Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel opens at 6:30am. There was hair left in the room and it felt a bit unsanitary.

This is my second stay. I like it very much. It is right next to the University of Madison. The hotel is comfortable, clean and beautiful. It is just a few steps from the hotel to State Street. There are all kinds of food and bars around. I love it.

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

Very good hotel, by the lake, the environment is superb, the transportation is very convenient, the hotel's food and beverages are also very good, if I have the opportunity to go to Madison in the future, Edgewater activities are still my best choice

The hotel is very quiet, the front desk customer service is very enthusiastic, the bed is big, there is a swimming pool, and the room is big. The hygiene is very good. If I come next time, I will choose to stay

This is a wonderful National Historic Trust Hotel that has been restored to its original beauty and history. There are several dining options from a very expensive top restaurant in the City to reasonably priced Pubs for a downtown location. Its easy to walk, take the bus, or ride the free trolly just a couple blocks away.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for summerfest and it was only 1 night but we still enjoyed ourselves in the establishment. I liked that they had a shuttle bus that took us to summerfest and picked us up from there after it was over. The only thing that annoyed us was that the fire detector had low battery so it would beep periodically and it’s a little loud since it’s in a little hotel room.

1. Breakfast: Canal street cafe in the lobby, completely Western-style! 2. Not suitable for bringing children (casino hotel); 3. The hotel location is not convenient and the surrounding environment is general; the hotel parking lot is large and hotel guests are free! Hotel room soundproof! 4, recommend friends who like ”small gambling”

I really like this stay, so I have a deep feeling of comfort, very comfortable to live, if it is not for other trips, I want to live here every day.
