4-Star Hotels in Samarqand, Uzbekistan

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

I really didn't expect this Hilton Hotel to be so cheap, and it was far beyond my expectations in every aspect. 1. It's not far from the train station. It's about 30,000 to 40,000 yuan by taxi, more than ten kilometers away. 2. There are very beautiful artificial lawns around, and a clear river. There is also a cement road by the river, where you can take a sightseeing bus. A few yuan is enough. 3. There is also a large children's playground nearby, the fee is super cheap, one project is about 5-10 yuan. There are also some street snacks. There are also dances and other shows in the evening. 4. There is also a ”mosque” connected to the playground, where you can shop and stroll, and there are also very good restaurants to eat, mainly local barbecue, sacs and other real things. The outdoor dining room is very beautiful, with a white marble column base and a carefully carved wooden beam directly on it, supporting the entire roof. This pavilion is by the river, and the side is full of flowers and plants. The environment is very beautiful. The most important thing is that there are no mosquitoes! 5. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very rich and beautiful. Children aged 5 are free, and children aged 11 are half price. Of course, you can also buy your own breakfast. 6. It is not far from the famous attractions, and it is very cheap to take a taxi here. 7. There is also a super large water park next to the hotel, which is open from 10:00 to 20:00. This hotel is perfect for staying and playing with children.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

During my stay in Samarkand, I chose the Continental Hotel, and it proved to be an excellent choice! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, modern, and above all, very clean and comfortable. A perfect place to relax after a day exploring this historic city.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, just about a 10-minute walk to Registan, with a few restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us get things delivered that we couldn't find on Yandex. They have cold beer available as well, which is a really great bonus in a place like Uzbekistan. Their sauna and cold pool were lovely and clean and an amazing way to detox the body during the hot summer days. Will definitely return to stay here on my next trip to Samarkand!!

Great location. Walking distance to Amir Timur Tomb and Registan Square. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are so big. Breakfast is very rich and staff is really friendly. They give us luggage keeping service while we are visiting the town after checkout. Highly recommend.

We arrived late, very fast settled. The room corresponds to the photo. The room has slippers, tooth set, tea, coffee, water, air conditioner. In the refrigerator - cola, fantastic. Breakfast is decent, very delicious plums, cash and samsa. Staff is very attentive to the guests.

A great option for a stay in Samarkand. The Registan is a 15-20-minute walk away. There's a cafe serving Samarkand pilaf next door. The rooms are spacious and there's a spa area with a small pool, hammam, and sauna. However, the sauna and hammam weren't very hot.

[Luxurious stay in Samarkand] This hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Registan Square in Samarkand, and it seems that a wedding hall for locals is also located next door. The luxurious interior matches that, and the lobby entrance raises your expectations for your stay. One of the hotel staff spoke a little Japanese, and although he spoke broken Japanese, he greeted me kindly with a ”hello.” The room had an elegant atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very satisfying and delicious!
