We spent three nights in two different rooms, finding that the Deluxe Luxury is the owners' dream. Drafty windows, dirty and worn bathrooms complete a pretentious structure but not up to the promises inherent in the name.

There's a decent hole right in the middle of the bed. It’s impossible not to notice when they’re covered. The carpet is covered in hair and is very poorly vacuumed. Each time I left a tip for cleaning, but at the same time they did not provide coffee, tea, bath accessories (shampoo, gel, etc.). I took things to the laundress twice. Once everything is fine. The second time the trousers were simply ironed, leaving greasy stains. They took the money for washing plus ironing. Although the staff responded, smiled politely and tried to please. Everyone claimed that this was considered the best hotel. And the price for Samarkand is 1000 € for 2 rooms, 5 nights!! This is very cool. Another disadvantage is very strong audibility through the ventilation. In both rooms you could hear breathing in the neighboring rooms. That's just terrible. I give 4 only for effort. very new hotel lots of security men in reception who thought it was beneath them to help with case to the room mine was passed around to all different rooms they cant understand english the majority of staff the feeling in the reception was being in Russia the way the men walked around i disliked it beautifully decorated hotel and nice pool If you have a room near the pool or above the conference room there are frequent weddings the noise coming from that area from 15.00 through to 21.00 was dreadful I complained they said they had no more rooms but i got my tour guide involved who spoke the language to move me. The food and drinks are expensive The fact that waiters cannot understand you or the front desk I asked how much were two Coco colas were as i need to pay ? 3 people did not understand me so i walked away It needs to become familiar with European people not friendly but great decor and roos

Отель не плохой, натянутая троечка. Недостатки. Были 5 дней, 2 дня строитель долбили в потолок. Сверлить начинали в 8 утра и потом до вечера молотком долбили так, что не спрятаться. После звонка на ресепшен, где пообещали исправить ситуацию, ничего не произошло. Завтраки очень скудные. Постоянно не было посуды под кашу, приходилось ждать, пока «внимательный» официант сходит за посудой. Музыка по вечерам так орет из ресторана, что одинаково находиться в номере или вне его. Ну здесь ничего не поделаешь. После звонка на тот же ресепшен, был получен ответ: у нас такие правила, это Ваши проблемы, что Вы приехали в наш номер. Принадлежности в ванную комнату не добавляются по мере их расходования. Тоже не понятно почему. На третий день пребывания у детей из номера пропал красивый ковер с пола. Видно, кто-то заехал более значимый. Канализация ужасная. Сливы в раковине и ванной не работают должным образом. Вода стоит по пол часа. Достоинства. Чистые номера, хороший ресторан. И это единственная гостиница в Самарканде 4 звёзды. Зато какое название.

Все звезды абсолютно честные, сервис на твердую европейскую 4, отличный! Персонал превосходный, я работала в сфере услуг и оценить могу с дотошностью) Все приветливые, предусмотрительные - я к чемоданам даже не прикасалась, их сразу кто-то из ребят забирал у меня. Ресторан тоже просто отличный, бармен, официанты и менеджер - моя отдельная любовь, я чувствовала заботу каждый день. Вкусные завтраки, неплохой кофе (что редкость для Средней Азии). Номер с идеальным кондиционером, чистый, удобный матрас на кровати. Я попросила тихий, с окнами не на улицу, мне такой и дали. Бассейн чудесный, спасение в жаркий июнь. Одним словом, я полностью довольна! Это был настоящий отдых
