"I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in mid-April. I chose the location for its walking proximity to attractions. The hotel is also easy to access by car. The rooms matched the description, with good quality bedding, and the bathroom was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and soap. However, there was a faint, peculiar smell in the bathroom, though I didn't notice it in the room itself. My room was directly opposite the stairs, and the window opened into the hallway. There's an observation deck upstairs with rooftop access, where a glass door was open, providing plenty of fresh air (see photo 3). I'd like to highlight the excellent staff performance: - The reception staff were attentive and friendly. - The breakfast staff member was also very caring. - The staff do a great job cleaning all areas."

"The hosts and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even offered me breakfast and coffee upon arrival, even though I hadn't checked in yet. The breakfasts, by the way, are substantial, and the coffee and tea are delicious. The room is large, overlooking an inner courtyard, so street noise isn't an issue, though you can hear the neighbors quite well. The air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing, with grocery and clothing markets nearby, as well as a tram stop for the train station and a bus stop for the airport."

"Hotel was great. Breakfast selection was good. Location is good, not too far from Registan Square. We love the courtyard area where we could hang out and chit chat. Our booking comes with 1x use of the Swimming Pool/Sauna. We didn't manage to use it throughout our stay, but since our sleeper train was only at 2AM, after we check out they still allow us to use the bathroom facilities to freshen up before we board our train."

"The facilities are average. We lived on the first floor and the sound of doors slamming when entering and exiting was a bit noisy. The owner should install a cushion to reduce the noise. It is not far from the scenic area and it is convenient to take a taxi."
