__M1381175****This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a park. You can take a pleasant walk through the park to reach Tamerlane's Mausoleum and Registan Square. The hotel itself is lovely, featuring a gym and a good breakfast; we even got different options on our two mornings. There are several restaurants in the surrounding blocks, and about a kilometer away, you'll find banks for currency exchange, although the rates aren't the best.

SSimone ConcuTop hotel, one of the best in town, with spacious rooms, restaurant, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), gym and everything you need. The place was clean and we had a confortable experience. I would recommend.

Although the hotel is located in an exhibition park outside the city, it's quite convenient to get to the old city using YandexGo. It's suitable for tourists who want to return to modern life after a day of sightseeing. If you prefer staying in the old city, then this might not be the best choice.
The breakfast, while not as extensive as some star-rated hotels in China, is still plentiful, with all the local breakfast specialties to try. The coffee, however, is just average.
The view of the park from the window is breathtaking.
There was a minor issue; the capsule coffee machine in the room wasn't working. I didn't contact the staff, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

GGuest UserWe are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.)
What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.”
This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service.
By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

LLuoleibinA good choice, but the hotel didn't remind me to check in 2 hours early and I had to pay $40! **** didn't say a word, ”Wait a minute, now it's double the price.” Just take the money and stop talking. Speechless 😓, the breakfast is really great, I have to say more about the good stuff.

GGuest UserWe really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

MmengluxIt's less than a 10-minute walk from Registan Square. It's relatively close to the central area. It takes about half an hour to go to the train station, so it's not too far. The hotel is right on the street and easy to find. The decoration and facilities are very good, and it's quiet. Noisy, the front desk staff speaks English fluently; breakfast is on the B1 floor until 10:00 every day, there is hot water and tea for cups, a rich variety, and generally tastes good, but there will be less fruit if you go late; the room and The bathrooms are very spacious, the furniture is retro, the bedding is quite comfortable, and the corridors are cleaned in a timely manner. There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making eating and shopping convenient.

OOlesia MurashovaThe hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea. The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. It is warmed up. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and help to use the food delivery service.

PPanishaAlways my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
