The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city by taxi or public transport (trams and buses)—everything is close by! Inside, it's very clean, and with only a small number of rooms, it's a quiet place to relax. The management and staff are always ready to help at any time of day, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere, and they speak multiple languages. The rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and you can also order food delivery at the front desk. As a memorable touch of Samarkand's hospitality, all guests are given a small gift—which I found wonderfully surprising and delightful! 😊 Thank you for the warm welcome! We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

Even though I arrived late at night, I was kindly checked in and shown to my room. The hotel is located in a back alley, but it's easy to find as there are many signs. I could walk to all the tourist attractions in Samarkand. It was a great location. The breakfast was also very delicious.

I liked very much staying at the hotel. Hospitable, polite and tactical, helping all the hotel owners. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Pedestrian access to Registant Square and several other stunning cultural heritage facilities. We walked to the square and walked the park that is adjacent to it (Park Karimova), went further to the bazaar and the casino mosque Bibi Khanum, and even further to the necropolis of Shahi Zinda, the latter especially struck beauty and greatness. There are many delicious places with national food and not only. Thank you very much for the warm reception, we will definitely visit again when we are in the city.

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

The hotel room is nice and clean and roomy enough. Looked new inside. The beds are comfortable. There are a few restaurants close by not many. No convenience store near by. The closest attraction is 2.8 km away. Breakfast is good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and can speak English.

The hotel is located in the old city's residential area, making it easy to walk to the Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis and Registan Square. The location is excellent. However, I'm not sure if it was a system issue or something else, but when we arrived, our booked room wasn't available. We had to stay on the first floor for the first night and then move to the second floor for the second night, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel breakfast was just average. There's a three-generation naan bakery right outside the hotel, and their naan is absolutely delicious.

Pros: 1. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Registan Square – incredibly convenient! 2. The room size is reasonable, and the facilities are great. There are hot and cold water dispensers on each floor, which is very handy. The room also has a small fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold in the summer. 3. Downstairs is the hotel's own highly-rated restaurant, and there are two other restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient. There are also small shops around for buying drinks and snacks. 4. As mentioned above, since the hotel has its own restaurant, the breakfast quality goes without saying. 5. The price is reasonable; I stayed in a single room for three nights for just over 500. Cons: The room seemed to have been recently painted, as there were a few drops of paint on the windowsill and mirror.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard. However, the room doors and windows are made of glass, so light from outside streams in until around midnight. I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to sleep in complete darkness early, but for anyone else, it's highly recommended! It's close to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, and there's a delicious cake shop nearby too.
