It is very clean, quiet, and the smell is good. It resides in a home, only a few rooms are available, so the in-out travelers are very simple. And the position is perfect, very near Registan. A supermarket is close, and there’s a few good restaurants nearby."

"Atmospheric guest house. The hosts are very kind and hospitality. I did not agree on the time of arrival, despite this inconvenience, we were settled earlier than the time.
Good location of the guest house is the sights in step-to-step availability. Silent in the room, warm and good hot water pressure.
Breakfasts are very delicious, diverse, saturated and close to our kitchen.
In the warm season it should be very spiritually, sure of it (the inner green yard, where a gentle cat walks)."

Nifal is a great new hotel. I spent 3 nights there. What you see in the pictures, is what you get, even better once you see it in person. Amazingly clean, tastefully decorated, high ceiling, two bottles of water, toothbrush, sleepers, and best of all, you’re asked to take your shoes off and place it on a shoe rack by the room. How cool is that? (speaking of cleanliness) Farrux at the front desk speaks English well, very kind and helpful young man. Breakfast is plenty full and individually served at a desire time. Kitchen staff greets you with a smile every morning. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular tourist attraction. Couple of restaurants close by with their specialty kebab (chicken, lamb and beef), they also serve beer and wine.

Guest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about one kilometer from Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, the mosque, and the Grand Bazaar, all within walking distance. It's a guesthouse in a small courtyard, clean and tidy, though some facilities are lacking (no toothbrushes, slippers, or an electric kettle). Hot water needs to be heated in the communal kitchen. The owner is very kind, provides a tourist map, and speaks English. When I visited, there was road construction, making it very difficult to get around, but it should be finished in a few days, so future guests will be lucky.

DedededejiThe landlord's son speaks excellent English, making communication easy. The breakfast was also plentiful.
The room was very quiet with the windows closed, and the air conditioning cooled down quickly. There are many local pilaf and baked bun shops nearby, perfect for those who enjoy exploring local life. The locals are very friendly.
The courtyard was very comfortable, with many plants and birds, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decorations in every corner of the room were thoughtful, showing that the owners are people who love life.
This guesthouse also offers pilaf making workshops. If you're traveling in a group or want to experience making pilaf in a large pot, you can contact the owner in advance to make a reservation. The aroma is wonderful just walking by!
