ZZhizihuawuyueWe set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

SSabrinaaaaaaaaaaStayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

ААлександр65Stayed at Mustafa Hotel in Samarkanda. The hotel opened only this year everything is absolutely new, fresh and works perfectly. I liked everything very much.
What I would like to note separately:
1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is designed to the small stylish, with taste, feels like they have put a soul. It's nice to be in the hall, in the rooms, in the common zones. Not just the ”table” cleanliness, but really beautiful design.
2. Excellent pool. Big plus for Samarkanda after a long day of heat walks it is very nice to swim. The pool is clean, tidy, with a comfortable rest area around.
3. Everything new. Since the hotel opened this year, there are no weared furniture, no rubbish coatings, no pipes with paddles. Everything works like clocks. It's a huge plus that overlaps many other moments.
4. The hotel is modern but cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, thoughtful option for comfortable rest.
In general, if you want to stay in a really new, beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool and stylish interior Mustafa Hotel, a great choice. I stayed very pleased.

쿠쿠시쿠시It was absolutely wonderful. At first, I thought the photos looked too much like AI and doubted if it was a real hotel, but it really is as beautiful and clean as if it were AI-generated. I didn't try the breakfast, but the food was so delicious that I ate lunch at this hotel every day during my two-day stay in Samarkand. The staff at the convenience store next door were also very kind; if you bought fruit there, the hotel would cut it up and bring it to your room. There were also welcome fruits in the room, Netflix and YouTube were available, and I could even take a bath, making it a truly great trip. They speak English well and are incredibly friendly. If I ever go to Samarkand again, I would definitely choose this place.

SSofhia A RahimShahjahon Hotel is located in a very unassuming neighborhood, tucked among local houses and small shops. But once you step through its gates, you’re welcomed by a magnificent, quintessentially Uzbek façade, charming!
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy after a long day of exploring.
We were treated to a typical Uzbek breakfast, generous and nourishing.
The hotel is just a short walk from Registan Square and the main historical attractions, making it very convenient.
A lovely and comfortable base for exploring Samarkand.

GGuest UserВсе понравилось: расположение, номер, завтраки. Все чисто, отличная сантехника, полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка. В номере чайник,, чашки, чай, кофе. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Жили в 206 номере, вид из окна никакой, но нам не критично, в отеле были очень мало. Час спа бесплатно. Но спа не очень. Хамам не работал, вода в бассейне очень холодная и мутноватая, сауна хорошая, но в душе и в бассейне стойкий запах канализации. Есть терраса, с видом на старый город. Приветливая и милая администратор Азиза. В общем все было хорошо👍

GGuest UserI thought the rooms were great, big, clean, the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, I was woken up by banging outside my window as they thought it wise to build furniture directly outside an occupied room, I would have let it slide, if it didnt happen that evening at 11pm as well, waking me up again.
I had to go tell them to stop, which I found ridiculous. I also specifically booked this hotel for the sauna and swimming pools, which were not usable for 2 out of the 3 days I was there. I understand maintenance are required, but it would have been good to be informed.

AAnastassia KWonderful hotel! It's located just a 15-minute walk from Registan. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo). Breakfast was delicious, with sweet melon and watermelon always available. There's also a pool and sauna, which we booked and used daily. I mentioned in the booking that this trip was a birthday gift for my mom, and they even prepared a small cake for her 🥹 So sweet!

GGuest UserUnexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.
