SSiberian Dreams☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

GGuest UserSmall, but cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows, slippers, a bathrobe, and the room was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Downstairs there's a very decent Georgian restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and Registan Square is about a 25-30 minute walk away.

GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport. Overall, it's a decent hotel.

LLhuaNice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price. The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level. There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed.

GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

WWanhuatongThis hotel is really hard to comment on. There are many places to spray it, but it is not useless. When I arrived on the first night, I really wanted to explode: 1 room made a mistake for me! I went to a room first, how come there are two boxes when the door opens! I didn't dare to go in for fear of being killed, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm. I didn't expect that there were really guests inside! I guess it should scare the other party to death. 2 I paid online, they made a mistake for me, and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I found out in time that I returned. 3 The door of room 3 is opened outside and there is no safety button. People who really have security anxiety will really be anxious. The soundproofing of the 4 room is really bad, the door gap is relatively large, and the voice of the people outside is all transmitted to the room. With the above things, I really thought about giving it a bad review the next day. But the next day I had a better experience. First of all, the breakfast restaurant, the environment is good, and this sparrow hotel, the dishes are worthy of its size. The pool is adding water every day and the basic cleaning. There is also room decoration, furniture, in fact, it is OK, basically no difference with the picture. The waiter saw that everyone said it was very bad before, maybe this time I changed a wave? The attitude towards us is good. English is a bit worse, but our English is also very bad. Stayed for two days, I feel that this store actually wants to operate well, it may be that the hotel management experience is insufficient, resulting in confusion inside, the details are not good. There is room for improvement, and the staff will not give a bad review.

GGirls who travelWe really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, and only a 10 minute walk to registan square. The room was really spacious which we enjoyed, and was very clean! The staff were super friendly and helpful, however the only issue was when we did our laundry they told us it would be ready that afternoon as we were checking out the next morning, but it wasn’t and we ended up having to take wet laundry to our next destination (which we still had to pay for!). The breakfast was nice, and it was lovely to sit outside at the tables and drink tea

NNorehanThe hotel is in a very strategic location, close to Registan Square, historical sites, and Siyob Bazaar, all within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights. The first night, we had a spacious room with good amenities, but the air conditioner was old and hot. We requested to move to a room downstairs; the room was smaller and lacked amenities like a kettle, and drinking water was not provided, but the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast had limited options and was minimal. The staff, made up of family members, were very helpful. This hotel can be considered as one of the options. It is recommended that the management upgrade the breakfast and provide some essential facilities for tourists.

HHumanity ProjectExcellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff.

BBickey1005The young stuff was unbelievably kind and polite. The day after my stay, I needed to leave Samarkand late at night to catch an overnight train to Khiva. Even after the check-out, the hotel helpfully let me take a shower and rest in a room for free. Their hospitality was incredible. For a possible guest, note that there is no single room with an individual bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast was not available during my stay (paid back for this👍). Overall, I strongly recommend the stay here to boost your wonderful journey in Samarkand.
