A wonderful hotel for a vacation in Samarkand! The rooms are simply magnificent — clean, stylish, and cozy. The staff are friendly and attentive; you immediately feel cared for. Special praise goes to the kitchen — the quality and taste of the food are outstanding. The excellent laundry service was a pleasant surprise — very convenient for a long trip. And the pool is just luxurious, the best place to relax after a busy day. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend time in Samarkand with maximum comfort!

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city by taxi or public transport (trams and buses)—everything is close by! Inside, it's very clean, and with only a small number of rooms, it's a quiet place to relax. The management and staff are always ready to help at any time of day, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere, and they speak multiple languages. The rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and you can also order food delivery at the front desk. As a memorable touch of Samarkand's hospitality, all guests are given a small gift—which I found wonderfully surprising and delightful! 😊 Thank you for the warm welcome! Next time I'm in Samarkand, I will definitely stay at OLD STATION again. 😁🙏

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

The location was good and the hotel was clean. Overall, I would recommend it. The staff were kind and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel with a same-day reservation, they seemed to have prepared a larger room than expected, allowing me to relax comfortably. There is no elevator, but this is a common building structure in Uzbekistan, so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was sufficient considering it was included in the room rate. There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're short on cash. Finally, be careful with the bathroom facilities in the room.

Good hotel. We consistently dined at the restaurant à la carte, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The only issue was when ordering room service, the restaurant staff mixed up our order, and we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to remake our dinner. The rooms are large, clean, and overlook the rowing canal, with a balcony. The mini-bar was empty. Housekeeping was daily, with water refills and fresh towels. In the evening, you can relax on the attic terrace. The spa is located in the neighboring 5-star hotel of the same chain (guests get a 50% discount), and it's very good. Breakfasts were excellent, constantly refilled, and the waitstaff quickly cleared everything away. Overall, I recommend this hotel 5/5, it was the best part of our vacation in Uzbekistan.

This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

For me, Hotel Al-Bukhory was a absolute highlight of my trip to Samarkand. First of all, the room was extremely spacious with no sense of confinement, and the in-room amenities were very new and clean. The hotel's location is within walking distance of major attractions like Registan Square, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes. The overall design of the hotel is also very comfortable, featuring a courtyard-style layout which is quite convenient for smokers, and a great spot to relax on the courtyard sofa with a cup of tea after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and hospitable. Without exaggeration, this is the first time I have encountered such wonderful staff across all the hotels I've stayed at in so many countries, to the point of being quite touching. In the evenings, I often drank tea and chatted with the staff, learning about the locals' way of life, which added so much excitement to my trip. I strongly, strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Samarkand!

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
