"Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of the room, but everything was exactly as described. The host was welcoming, the courtyard cozy, the room clean, and the kitchen a real museum piece – we loved everything! All the attractions were within walking distance, and a taxi ride cost next to nothing!"

"An excellent stay in a beautiful hotel with best ever service. I enjoyed really much. The room was equipped with high end technologies. The breakfast is fresh, great selection and gluten free options available upon request. The view is excellent. For information: the hotel is located in highly secured and very well developed closed area. It’s very clean modern and security controlled but not in the center of a city. You have to keep it in mind when you plan your trip. It requires 15 more minutes by taxi to get to the center, but in return you live in a very high standard & modern area with gated entrance."

"Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price. The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level. There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed."

"We had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Sogd. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from the Hilton brand. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is slightly away from the old town, but it’s in a calm and newer area near the Silk Road tourist zone, and getting around by taxi is easy and affordable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Samarkand — a perfect choice if you prefer modern comfort and cleanliness over staying in the busy historic center. I’d definitely stay here again."

The female front desk is very good. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Most people park their car less than half a meter below the window on the first floor. The glass is soundproof. Among the above shortcomings, the most noteworthy is the WiFi problem in this store. They did not check the front desk and admitted that their WiFi did have signal problems and could not be improved.
