TthusbabyThe facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Guangzhou Tianhe, I stayed in a deluxe king room at Mehao Lizhi, located at 167 Linhe West Road. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I truly recommend it. The room was exceptionally spacious – so much so that I joked it was big enough to open a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea inside! There was ample space for luggage and work items without feeling cramped, and it even had a separate leisure area, perfect for working during the day or relaxing in the evening. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in any corner. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, helping me unwind after a busy day. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was stable. Coupled with smart curtains and lighting, the stay experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even kindly offered tea. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night warm noodles were thoughtful touches. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby, making it a great value for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next business trip to Guangzhou and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianhe.

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

**Location & Transport:** Located in the bustling Zhujiang New Town, it's just a short walk to Gaode Land and K11, with the metro station right around the corner, making getting around incredibly efficient.
**Hygiene & Environment:** The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding fresh and crisp, and the bathroom had no strange odors. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I felt completely at ease.
**Facilities & Service:** Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet once the windows were closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from guiding us to parking to bringing extra bottles of water – their attention to detail was exceptional.
**Overall Impression:** In a prime CBD location, to enjoy such comfortable and convenient accommodation at this price is truly excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for business or shopping. Five-star review!

The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

HHuashinaibaobeiI was in Shenzhen Nanshan near Nantou Ancient City and absolutely fell in love with this Qiuguo S hotel! The service was incredibly warm, and check-in was super fast. The hygiene was also top-notch, with no strange smells in the room. The smart 'Xiao Du' assistant was fantastic, letting me control the lights and air conditioning right from the bed. There are two adorable, fluffy cats in the lobby, and they offer a self-service breakfast and a laundry room. Plus, there are tons of places to eat and shop nearby. I had a wonderful stay!

The spatial design is miles ahead, on par with the Peninsula Shanghai, and incredibly user-friendly. The gym is huge and fully equipped; I didn't get a chance to use the pool. The lobby bar is a very comfortable spot to relax. All the staff are cheerful, and the service is incredibly attentive – plus, all the ladies are beautiful! Breakfast and the Guang Yu Xuan restaurant are up to the standard of a luxury hotel. Overall, the the hardware is superb, truly top-tier in China. The service has that distinctive Rosewood elegance, and the food is standard, nothing particularly outstanding.

The front desk staff were very professional and enthusiastic; check-in was quick and their explanations were clear and accurate. Room service was also meticulous and thoughtful. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning if I have the chance.

Reina was professional and meticulous, proactively understanding my business travel needs. She thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me and patiently explained the hotel's office amenities, internet usage, and local business travel information. The room was clean and elegant, with complete office facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. During my stay, I contacted Reina for some last-minute needs, and she responded quickly and handled everything appropriately, communicating with a warm and polite demeanor. Her service throughout truly showcased Marriott's professional standards. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the overall environment is grand and comfortable, suitable for both business meetings and short breaks.
