A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence.
Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient.
Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

The location is great, right on the pedestrian street. However, because it was a holiday, getting around by taxi was a nightmare – traffic jams everywhere. On the flip side, the front desk service was absolutely fantastic, definitely worth five stars! 👍👍👍 The toilet in the bathroom, though, was a real pain. It made incredibly loud noises in the middle of the night, so if you're traveling with kids, you might want to reconsider. It seriously disturbs anyone else. At first, they didn't provide a child's toilet seat, and since my child's bottom was too small for the regular seat, the toilet kept auto-flushing, scaring my baby away from using it 😞. Finally, a note about the duvet… it didn't feel particularly clean. My foot got bitten quite badly on the first night.

Facilities: Quite complete and well-maintained. They promptly replaced the charging cable and delivered a working one to my room.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The housekeepers did a great job cleaning and were very proactive in refilling water and towels.
Environment: The location is excellent. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it's close to a shopping mall. Everything from dining to entertainment is convenient.
Service: The front desk staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Xia Tian for the delicious souvenir!

The room decor was lovely and beautiful.
However, there were two very serious issues:
1. The top floor supposedly had a paint smell, so they had the extractor fan on. The noise was incredibly loud, and nobody told me about it. After I called to ask, the fan was turned off, and the world became silent. Do they even consider their guests' comfort?
2. The shower drain noise was unbeatable. The sound of water gushing was louder than flushing a toilet. If someone showered at night, I felt like I was living in a waterfall.

I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise!
As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home.
The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue.
This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

As one of China's first five-star hotels and a landmark in Guangzhou, the White Swan Hotel's luxurious river-view rooms encapsulate 40 years of history intertwined with contemporary luxury. My family and I stayed here for the Qingming Festival. Our room directly overlooked the confluence of three rivers at Baietan, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Pearl River's nightscape – the glittering lights of Haizhu Bridge, the silhouette of Pazhou Exhibition Center, and the illuminated passing cruise ships, all forming a dynamic urban tapestry. In the mornings, Shamian Island emerged through the mist, and at dusk, the sunset painted the sky in fiery gold. This is an unparalleled scenic advantage within urban Guangzhou.
The room masterfully blends Lingnan elements with modern simplicity. Within the 55 square meters, rosewood furniture converses with Italian marble, and the headboard's Canton embroidery pattern adds a touch of understated elegance. The bathroom features a double vanity and a separate bathtub, with floor heating allowing for a relaxing bath while watching TV and enjoying the river view. Notably, the mattress's support system is specially calibrated to meet international standards while also catering to Asian sleeping habits.
Our dim sum breakfasts over several days, enjoyed at various restaurants such as the 3rd-floor Flavors, Jade Garden, and Hongtu Mansion, all came from the same kitchen, though the serving dishes and steamers seemed to vary slightly. I highly recommend the classic shrimp dumplings for their refreshing, crisp texture. The tea quality was the best I encountered during my Guangzhou trip. Coupled with the river views from the window, it was the ultimate expression of Guangzhou's lifestyle. Jade Garden's Sunflower Chicken and Sachima remain signature dishes and require advance booking.
At a four-figure price per night, it's mid-range among the top-tier river-view hotels in Zhujiang New Town. However, the cultural value-add of the White Swan is irreplaceable – it's not just an accommodation space but a living museum that has witnessed China's reform and opening-up. It's ideal for anniversaries, business dinners, or for experiencing Guangzhou's heritage with elders. If you prioritize purely novel and modern facilities, the neighboring Rosewood Guangzhou might be a better fit; but if you wish to touch the city's memory, the White Swan remains the only choice.

I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely.
Jessica, the manager, deserves a five-star review! She was incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, and even offered practical tips on local attractions and restaurants. The room itself was spacious with a great view, and being south-facing, it got lovely sunlight in the afternoon, perfect for relaxing. Inside, it was spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and hot dishes were replenished promptly. Overall, the service, facilities, and dining were all top-notch and great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is fantastic, right by Qijiang Bridge, making it super convenient to walk to all the main attractions downtown. There are plenty of great food options nearby too. The hotel opened in 2024, so the facilities are well-maintained and still feel quite new. Atour's quality definitely shines through; it was a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was good, and the shower had great water pressure. A small, pleasant surprise was when I went to do laundry in the morning and forgot to pick it up – when I opened my door later to leave, I found it had already been brought up and hung on the door. Excellent service! Highly recommend for both leisure and business trips to Zhongshan.

XXianJennifer0510If you're looking for amazing views, you absolutely have to book this place – it's so high up! The scenery from the 41st floor is just breathtaking!!! The room size is also decent! It's a bit bigger than other City Notes. I could open two large suitcases and two small ones, plus there's a cozy little space with a table and chairs by the window for eating! The biggest perks of City Note: breakfast, free afternoon tea, and free late-night snacks, especially your fruit! I loved it! There's a washing machine, dryer, a very new and beautiful gym, a fridge (with free drinks), unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and even birthday decorations + cake service! The staff were also very proactive in helping us with all our questions. The Southern Vietnam Museum is right next door! There are lots of tourist attractions and great food nearby! The front desk will introduce them all to you, don't worry! The bustling Beijing Road is right across the street! It's really convenient! If you love scenic views, you definitely need to choose this branch! This is my second time staying at a City Note in China. Thank you for letting us check out late at 2 PM! And for the complimentary small gift! Thank you! We had such a happy trip. There's a parcel collection service here, so you can rest assured your packages won't go missing (they have a storage room). You can also store your luggage, and there's a public restroom and sofa. **For food delivery, from Monday to Friday, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up before 6 PM; after 6 PM, they'll deliver it upstairs (remember to make a note). On weekends, the delivery service is available all day to the 41st-floor reception.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, just a 200-meter walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, whether you're on a business trip or exploring for leisure. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable; once you lie down, you won't want to get up, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, fully stocked with toiletries, and the hot water supply was consistent, making for a great shower experience. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were always quick to help with any issues. The hotel environment is generally quiet and elegant, with good soundproofing, so you won't be disturbed by outside noise. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily life super convenient. The room facilities are complete, and the decor is simple yet stylish. It offers excellent value for money, and my overall stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserI've gotten so used to the environment, service, and the perfectly balanced politeness and warmth here, that it's hard for me to risk choosing another hotel. My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival!
Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily. Also, it would be great if they could add some of the cakes from the dinner buffet. No matter how good the breakfast is, having the same thing for three to five days straight gets tiring.
For the spa, the aesthetician's technique was excellent and very gentle. However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective?
Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500. I'm a bit worried if it will break through 4000 one day, because then it would truly be unaffordable for me.

GGuest UserThe room view was impeccable, and the facilities were up to standard.
Complaint 1: The parking lot is shared with K11, and it's very narrow and messy. It took me ages to find the hotel entrance, and there was no one to guide me, not even at the hotel entrance.
Complaint 2: The hotel corridors are a bit creepy, winding and dimly lit.
Complaint 3: At 11 PM, just as I was about to fall asleep, I was startled awake by the sound of a door closing next door. At 2 AM, I was woken up by noise in the hallway. At 4 AM, I was startled awake by some rustling sound outside my door... In short, the soundproofing is terrible.
Complaint 4: The pillows were as soft as clouds, offering no support whatsoever. I had to pile four of them up to use.

GGuest UserMy stay at JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen was absolutely perfect! A big shout-out to Reina, the guest services agent, for her outstanding professionalism. The check-in process was incredibly efficient and smooth. She proactively explained the hotel's facilities and service details and responded to all my requests super fast. The room was elegant and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the high-floor view was breathtaking. Reina was gentle and patient throughout my stay, and her attention to detail truly showcased the attentive service of a luxury hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. It's definitely my top choice for business travel, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at an Qiuguo Hotel, and while the exterior was unassuming, my overall experience was great. I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and diligent housekeeping auntie who cleaned our room. The restaurant was decent, and the staff worked quietly and diligently. My first visit to Shenzhen left a good impression, and I'll definitely be back!
KKongzhongfeibendeduankuThis hotel is really close to my company in Guangzhou, so I've been staying here a lot recently. I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.

GGuest UserMy stay here far exceeded expectations, and the housekeeping service was truly impeccable! Every day, I'd return to a completely refreshed room—spotless floors and all surfaces meticulously wiped clean. What touched me most was the thoughtful service: not only were all amenities replenished, but even my casually placed clothes and laptop cables were neatly tidied up. They managed to maintain tidiness without disturbing my personal items at all. This level of meticulous observation and proactive service genuinely made me feel respected and cared for. A huge thank you to the staff for making my short stay feel as comfortable and reassuring as being at home. Absolutely highly recommended!

WWawaeraibanzhuomeishiyouzouI've always been a big fan of Marriott, so when I came to Zhuhai city, this was my top choice. Perched halfway up the hill, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. Perhaps because it was a relatively off-peak season, it felt like I had the whole place to myself, which was a fantastic experience. The only minor downside was that the beach toys were a bit old; I'd suggest replacing them. The service was quite attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The pool is beautiful! Both the transport and location are excellent; it's about a ten-minute taxi or bike ride to the beach. It's also very close to Jida Road, so dining options are super convenient.
