The hotel's location is perfect, right next to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station, within walking distance to various transportation hubs. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there's a constant flow of people. Dining and shopping are also just a short walk away. The front desk is on the fifth floor. The entire hotel's style and details evoke a classic Hong Kong and Macau 'old money' aesthetic. The hotel's room service staff are very polite. One day, I noticed a cigarette smoke smell drifting into the bathroom from the adjacent room, which meant I had to keep the exhaust fan running continuously.

Amazing location right at the doorstep of Beijing pedestrian walk. There is a Macdonalds and bubble tea shop at lobby (no more Chagee). The room is very spacious and well maintained. Free water and some drinks in the fridge for consumption. Breakfast until 10am at level 29. Level 30 is the laundromat. This hotel is popular amongst Singaporeans. Able to book Didi rides conveniently just along the streets (along macdonalds) for pick up and drop off. Tee Mall just beside the hotel there is a Pop Mart and Top Toy at level 1.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Despite the bustling area, the rooms are remarkably quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. Every staff member is highly professional, and Valerie, in particular, proactively anticipates and addresses guests' needs. It was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is fantastic! It's just across the road from the main entrance of West Lake, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery whenever you want. Our room had a lovely lake view, and the linens were clean and crisp. It was a bit chilly in the room after the rain the night before, but they immediately brought a space heater when we mentioned it. The breakfast was excellent, with a self-serve noodle station where you could cook your own. There aren't many options, but every single one is a winner. A truly wonderful hotel!

The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls.

The room was spacious, new, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with an expansive view. The butler was attentive and thoughtful. My trip required a three-night stay, but I initially only booked one non-refundable night, worried it might not be satisfactory. After seeing the room, I immediately extended my stay for two more nights. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the New World Hotel Qingyuan truly exceeded expectations, and Concierge Rosie's thoughtful service elevated the entire experience—she deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering everything from Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western dishes to fresh juices and aromatic coffee. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery with sunlight streaming in, was particularly delightful. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning; opening the window reveals a sea of green, with flagstone paths winding through flowerbeds and lawns. In the evening, the sunset combined with the pink and purple flowering trees created picturesque, soothing scenes perfect for photos. Facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and mini-golf were all excellent, catering to both relaxation and active fun. However, Rosie, our concierge, was the real highlight! From pre-arrival communication to guiding us upon arrival and responding to our various needs throughout our stay, her service was consistently swift and attentive. She proactively recommended local activities, helped coordinate meal times, and even noticed our preference for a quiet corner, specially arranging a suitable table. Her attention to detail was truly touching. We were completely charmed by both the hotel's environment and Rosie's service. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the central area of Zhongshan, just a 10-minute walk from Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and numerous dining options nearby. The hotel's decor maintains Atour Hotels' consistent stylish and elegant design. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; upon realizing our reservation didn't include breakfast, they immediately offered us two complimentary breakfasts, which were varied and delicious. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants, leading us to a delicious and affordable dinner. Our room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with convenient smart devices. The hotel offers free parking, and there are plenty of spaces available.

Every staff member, from the front desk to the concierge and room service, was incredibly polite and patient. The hotel's charming marine theme was everywhere, even the toiletries were adorable. The room had excellent natural light. It's a very child-friendly hotel, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' toilet seat and a stepping stool for children, which was much appreciated. With Christmas approaching, the lobby was decorated with blue-light Christmas trees, blending the festive spirit perfectly with the ocean theme – great for photos! Room service was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable; it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! The hotel lobby has self-check-in machines, and check-out is a breeze – just drop your room card into the express check-out box, no waiting in line, which saves a lot of time. The hotel service is great, and the staff are warm and attentive. I will definitely be back again!
