The hotel's location is perfect, right next to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station, within walking distance to various transportation hubs. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there's a constant flow of people. Dining and shopping are also just a short walk away. The front desk is on the fifth floor. The entire hotel's style and details evoke a classic Hong Kong and Macau 'old money' aesthetic. The hotel's room service staff are very polite. One day, I noticed a cigarette smoke smell drifting into the bathroom from the adjacent room, which meant I had to keep the exhaust fan running continuously.

Amazing location right at the doorstep of Beijing pedestrian walk. There is a Macdonalds and bubble tea shop at lobby (no more Chagee). The room is very spacious and well maintained. Free water and some drinks in the fridge for consumption. Breakfast until 10am at level 29. Level 30 is the laundromat. This hotel is popular amongst Singaporeans. Able to book Didi rides conveniently just along the streets (along macdonalds) for pick up and drop off. Tee Mall just beside the hotel there is a Pop Mart and Top Toy at level 1.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Despite the bustling area, the rooms are remarkably quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. Every staff member is highly professional, and Valerie, in particular, proactively anticipates and addresses guests' needs. It was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is fantastic! It's just across the road from the main entrance of West Lake, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery whenever you want. Our room had a lovely lake view, and the linens were clean and crisp. It was a bit chilly in the room after the rain the night before, but they immediately brought a space heater when we mentioned it. The breakfast was excellent, with a self-serve noodle station where you could cook your own. There aren't many options, but every single one is a winner. A truly wonderful hotel!

The reason why I picked this hotel is because of the location that is right at the center of Jiangmen. Parks, museums, mall surrounding this place as well ad tons of great attractions and restaurants. Great grand reception and 5 star services and smile from all fellows among the hotel. Lovel!y Nice indoor swimming, but PLEASE a warmer water would be much more family friendly. Thank you. Free underground parking with direct path and lift to the lobby, perfect. Great value pack family hotel. 5 stars recommended.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay with friends. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The breakfast spread in the restaurant was also quite rich. We were headed directly to the high-speed train station, and it was super convenient, just a ten-minute walk. There were bicycles right at the entrance, and plenty of food options nearby. It was a very pleasant stay, and we even received a souvenir gift.

Our stay at the New World Hotel Qingyuan truly exceeded expectations, and Concierge Rosie's thoughtful service elevated the entire experience—she deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering everything from Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western dishes to fresh juices and aromatic coffee. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery with sunlight streaming in, was particularly delightful. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning; opening the window reveals a sea of green, with flagstone paths winding through flowerbeds and lawns. In the evening, the sunset combined with the pink and purple flowering trees created picturesque, soothing scenes perfect for photos. Facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and mini-golf were all excellent, catering to both relaxation and active fun. However, Rosie, our concierge, was the real highlight! From pre-arrival communication to guiding us upon arrival and responding to our various needs throughout our stay, her service was consistently swift and attentive. She proactively recommended local activities, helped coordinate meal times, and even noticed our preference for a quiet corner, specially arranging a suitable table. Her attention to detail was truly touching. We were completely charmed by both the hotel's environment and Rosie's service. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

My reservation was for a super lake view room. However, I was assigned a room on the third floor facing the lake but with blocked views. Had to change room as a result. Staff at front desk explained that because the fourth floor room was not available until an hour later. We had no problem with this. Eventually we got a room with fantastic view of the lake. Have to say that the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location. It is right at the side of the lake and with many eateries within walking distance. We had wanted to have breakfast on the ground floor restaurant, but it was so packed with people and so noisy that we decided to go somewhere else. This is the only drawback.

Location: Fantastic, a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. Cleanliness: Atour's cleanliness is truly impressive; at least I didn't experience any allergies. Breakfast: The ingredients are excellent. Service: The room service is great, and the staff are very polite and always ready to answer any questions. Not only did they efficiently arrange our room, but they also patiently explained the hotel facilities, highlighting the best attractions and the best times to visit to avoid crowds – everything was crystal clear! The express check-out box was even shaped like a submarine, which was quite charming! The Spaceship Hotel truly left a deep impression on me this time! The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, perfect for a good rest after a long day. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of dishes. The breakfast even featured adorable little pastries, perfect for kids! The elevators were fast and smooth, and you could go directly from the lobby downstairs into the Spaceship Park without any hassle! This stay was truly fantastic, and next time I visit Chimelong, I'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again!
