The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, making it an excellent choice for travelers catching early morning flights.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Guangzhou and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. I would especially like to commend the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, quality facilities, and excellent breakfast selection. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

For those who take late or early flight, it is recommended to stay at here because they Provide 24 hrs pick up and drop off service. Besides that, there is a smart room control device, Xian du to help u to control and atmosphere the room to Provide music, light, curtain. Although the breakfast is normal and simple, it is suitable for us.

This hotel is incredibly close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, which is just fantastic! Seriously, who gets it?! You can walk to Zhuhai Station in just ten minutes and cross the border at Gongbei Port in about fifteen. No need to wake up early and rush for your cross-border travels. The convenience of the location is absolutely top-notch! If you're coming to Zhuhai, this is definitely the place to stay!

The room was very new and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel provides coffee and tea 24/7, free afternoon tea and night supper, and beers for sales too which provides great convenience for drinkers. The environment was very good for families and group travellers. The environment is really smoking free. I have travelled to many cities in China and stayed in many hotels, I did not find any smoke smell in this hotel and i like it. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers usage for guests, free flow of drinking water too. Of course a thumb up to all the friendly staff as they provide excellent services! Thank you ! They deserved a full marks !

The resort shuttle buses were frequent and convenient, and the drivers were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hallway on our floor was wonderfully quiet. The room's facilities were complete, and the bedding was spotlessly clean and super comfortable to sleep in. The large balcony with a drying rack for clothes was a huge plus. Toiletries were comprehensive, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there were even coffee and tea packets. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a distinct theme. The housekeeping staff were professional and attentive, always ready to assist. The Chimelong Show was fantastic – exciting and spectacular! The dining options at the resort were delicious and diverse. The concierge's luggage storage service was thoughtful and impeccable, with excellent service. The shuttle to Ocean Kingdom was frequent, and the drivers were friendly, welcoming, and meticulous. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a nice touch. Room service for deliveries was prompt and efficient. The entertainment facilities were novel and fun, and the evening light show was dazzling. The location is convenient, with pleasant scenery nearby. The hotel's hygiene was impeccable, and the environment was elegant and serene. The provided toiletries were complete and very good quality. The bed was extremely comfortable. The package deal offered great value for money. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the buffet selection was extensive. The restaurant service was also excellent, making for a great dining experience. In terms of convenience, the hotel is located very close to the Spaceship Theme Park, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. My children loved it! It's also next to the high-speed rail station and very close to the airport. The hotel's ocean-themed design is perfect for kids, and they even gave my child a souvenir. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to friends. It was a very thoughtful and great experience. The kids' bedding was adorable with cute cartoon characters, and kids' bathrobes were provided. The room also had a mini-fridge and a safe, which was all great. Transportation nearby is convenient, whether by taxi or bus – I loved it! The hotel environment is good, the service is excellent, and the park is a lot of fun. It was a great experience. Highly recommended, I will definitely visit again! I genuinely recommend it for families traveling with children – you won't be disappointed!

Disadvantages: 1. Service needs improvement. We booked a twin room with friends for the May Day holiday. We booked in advance for the holiday, and the hotel confirmed the reservation. However, check-in took a long time; the staff said they needed to clean the rooms. We arrived at the hotel around 1 or 2 pm, and I've never encountered such a slow check-in process. But considering it was a holiday, it was understandable. The hotel front desk didn't provide a clear solution for the long wait. 2. Poor soundproofing; we could hear people talking in the hallway from the room. 3. No wardrobe; limited space for drying clothes next to the sink. Advantages: 1. New facilities; the toilet has a separate wet and dry area. 2. There is a laundry room and ironing facilities. 3. A clothesline for hanging wet clothes is located in the toilet.

Our stay in the Zhuhai Xiangwang Luxuary Twin Room was absolutely fantastic! The light luxury minimalist design made the space bright and spacious. The two 1.5-meter beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pressure-relieving mattresses were a dream. The dual vanity design was a thoughtful touch, perfect for multiple people getting ready without waiting. Smart devices were plentiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The location is superb, close to Gongbei Port and shopping areas, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The hotel's 6th floor features a kids' play area, a restaurant, and a gym! The amenities are comprehensive, the staff are warm and attentive, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

If you're visiting Shiqi, Zhongshan, this hotel has a great location. You can walk to all the nearby eateries. The front desk service was excellent; we arrived early and weren't sure if we could check in, but they handled it smoothly. We were very happy with the room. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends for their next visit.
