I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous before checking in. However, my stay turned out to be fantastic! Everything from the service, hardware, and breakfast, to the gym (all Technogym equipment!), and the excellent quality of the pastry at breakfast, met all my expectations. I'm very satisfied, especially with the superb service!

Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

Stay one more day. I made a special trip from Beijing to Jiamusi to see the city where my parents lived and worked all their lives. The location of the hotel is very good and the hotel facilities are very good. However, the vehicles on the road keep honking, which affects the staying experience. Such a nice hotel, such a comfortable room, was disturbed by the sound of the horn. I originally planned to stay for three days and made a reservation, but I had no choice but to check out today. I really didn’t want to hear the sound of the horn anymore and leave the city. Thanks to Ms. Zhou Xiaoying at the front desk for her warm and attentive reception and arrangements. The standard service of the hotel staff left a deep impression on us. Thank you.

The air conditioner is not cooling. The house is more than 20 degrees at noon. It feels like a sauna. The hotel feels like a sauna. The laundry room and swimming pool are closed during the eleventh period. I don’t know if the Wang family earns enough money or takes customers as **. During the Golden Week, it was said that the transformation also closed these two places. Towels and hair dryers live out the feeling of 18-line small county guest houses. We will close this hardware directly. The hardware measures of the middle and high-end price are not as good as Hanting's 7-day hotel chain. The only satisfaction is that the breakfast is not bad.

In order to be close to the airport and catch a flight the next day, I tried staying at Haitian for the first time. The handsome guy at the front desk who checked in gave me a free room upgrade, and his service attitude was very good! 👍🏻A fruit plate was prepared in the room, and the small tomatoes were very sweet! The room as a whole is clean and tidy! What was particularly amazing was that the hotel service provided free airport drop-off. This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802.

Getting to and from the ski slopes was super convenient. Compared to the two hotels next door, this one offered great value for money. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and accommodating, always willing to help. They even proactively extended our check-out time! 👍

The room has a jewelry box, which is convenient for storing rings and watches. My child accidentally left a souvenir in the jewelry box, and the staff honestly returned it to us by proactively reaching out.

The views are absolutely amazing, and the hotel's location is excellent – everything is easily accessible. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic! There was a male server clearing tables who was exceptionally good, very service-oriented. He helped me get coffee and even added milk, greeting every guest warmly. The breakfast spread was extensive, all delicious, showing that the hotel puts a lot of effort into it. What's more, a manager was checking in with guests individually during breakfast to ensure satisfaction, which was a great touch and much better than other hotels that chase after good reviews. I'll definitely stay here again!
