Choosing the Ocean Ritz Hotel was the best decision I made for my trip to Harbin! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away – the high vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, antique carved pillars, and Russian antique oil paintings made it feel like I’d traveled back to a 19th-century European palace. Every photo I took looked like it was from a movie, and my friends on social media were constantly asking for the address! 🤩 Whether it was the European luxurious ambiance, the attentive service, or the convenient location, everything far exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin, and I've already recommended it to all my friends heading to 'Ice City.' Seriously, book it – you won't regret it!

I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Our stay was incredibly satisfying! A special thanks to the hotel staff who were exceptionally attentive to the elderly throughout our visit. They offered thoughtful reminders, proactively helped with luggage, and showed genuine care for the seniors' comfort and daily needs. Their attitude was gentle, responsible, and meticulous in every detail, ensuring the elderly were well looked after, making our stay both secure and heartwarming. The service was professional yet personable, and the hotel environment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to Central Street. The breakfast set menu offers no choices, and honestly, it's more about presentation than taste, which was just so-so. The breakfast could definitely be more varied; the steak mentioned in previous reviews is no longer available. There's a free afternoon tea, but there's hardly anything to eat. Perhaps it's because the peak season in Harbin is over, and they're cutting costs in the off-season, which is understandable given the incredibly good off-season prices. As an added bonus, it's acceptable. The building is an old Russian-style structure, so the slow drainage in the rooms is unavoidable. Overall, the staff provides great service, the location is good, and it's clean. Considering the off-season price, which is comparable to a budget hotel, I highly recommend it.

The views are absolutely amazing, and the hotel's location is excellent – everything is easily accessible. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic! There was a male server clearing tables who was exceptionally good, very service-oriented. He helped me get coffee and even added milk, greeting every guest warmly. The breakfast spread was extensive, all delicious, showing that the hotel puts a lot of effort into it. What's more, a manager was checking in with guests individually during breakfast to ensure satisfaction, which was a great touch and much better than other hotels that chase after good reviews. I'll definitely stay here again!

The bedding in the room is soft and cozy, and the bathroom facilities are clean with no strange odors. The hot water is consistent with strong pressure, and the toiletries are of good quality. The air conditioning works perfectly for both cooling and heating with minimal noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. The public areas are spacious and bright, the elevators run smoothly, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable. There's even a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor, which is very convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the amenities completely exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail is remarkable, making for a truly comfortable stay. Highly recommended, five stars!

This hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, making it an ideal choice for first-time visitors to Harbin for sightseeing, photography, and tasting local cuisine. Less than 3 min walk to central street. The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with, readily fulfilling any requests. Basic amenities and necessities are readily available and in good condition. Overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Family Room has excellent toilet and bathroom design with sufficient privacy and place to hang clothes. Even has humidifier which was good as the air could get really dry here. The hotel knows travelling needs of family well. If there is bidot and vanity mirror would be bonus.

Went with my husband during the off-peak season, and the price was unbelievably low again after using points, only about eighty yuan. The location is excellent, very close to the museum. If you turn left when you go out, there's a spot that's not listed on maps, and the night view there is stunning. It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff provided superb service. Highly recommended, great value for money. There's also a morning market nearby worth checking out.

Parking at the hotel is a bit of a hassle, but the young man with glasses and the pretty young woman at the front desk kindly reserved a parking space for me, which was very kind of them. The room was very clean and tidy, but because there were quite a few people in Oros, the pillows smelled of hair oil; that could be improved.
