The hotel has breathtaking views from the room, fitness center and breakfast restaurant. The fitness and swimming pool area are excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. However, I was still a little bit disappointed. The hotel is definitely overpriced and not worth it's value. I came there to celebrate my birthday and clearly stated it in the form that they had sent to me on my email. Usually, the hotels of this level leave a birthday gift of some kind, something like a cake or else. But I didn't get anything, not even a complimentary platter of fruit in the room. I just feel a little bit confused, I think hotels of such level should take such things into consideration. P.S. I want to give special thanks to a swimming pool member Ray Wu, he was very kind and helpful.

The room was spacious with a clear layout, and I particularly liked the counter under the TV – perfect for placing items. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, always ready to assist. Special thanks to Wang Jiaqi, Zhang Luhan, Teng Xiaoxuan, and Li Yan for their excellent service. Housekeeping was also great. The room overlooked the ski slopes, which made our family ski vacation a wonderful experience. I hope the hotel offers more promotions in the future and gives loyal customers more discounts!

When we arrived at the hotel on the first night, the waiter asked if we had any requirements for the room. He was very friendly and arranged a quiet room according to our request. The room is new and big, the bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water is good. The overall experience is very good and I will choose it again next time. The air conditioner is not cooling. The house is more than 20 degrees at noon. It feels like a sauna. The hotel feels like a sauna. The laundry room and swimming pool are closed during the eleventh period. I don’t know if the Wang family earns enough money or takes customers as **. During the Golden Week, it was said that the transformation also closed these two places. Towels and hair dryers live out the feeling of 18-line small county guest houses. We will close this hardware directly. The hardware measures of the middle and high-end price are not as good as Hanting's 7-day hotel chain. The only satisfaction is that the breakfast is not bad.

In order to be close to the airport and catch a flight the next day, I tried staying at Haitian for the first time. The handsome guy at the front desk who checked in gave me a free room upgrade, and his service attitude was very good! 👍🏻A fruit plate was prepared in the room, and the small tomatoes were very sweet! The room as a whole is clean and tidy! What was particularly amazing was that the hotel service provided free airport drop-off. I didn't expect such a great hotel in Mohe! It's very new, clean, and the service is excellent. This was our first time visiting Mohe, and we thought the hotel conditions would be pretty basic, but as soon as we stepped inside, we found it had a very modern design style.

The room faces the ski slopes directly, with plenty of sunshine, making it very warm and comfortable. There's a butler service that helps with ski passes and renting ski equipment, making it a very pleasant ski vacation experience.

It is very close to Mudanjiang High-speed Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient for shopping and eating around. The hotel is an old 5-star hotel. I have stayed there many times and I feel that the service is as good as always.

I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.
