Our stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were many dining options nearby. It was also super convenient for visiting Tianmen Mountain. We miscalculated our sightseeing time and came down late, but they were very understanding and offered a late check-out. In the evenings, hot congee was available, and upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks. They even have a shared hiking pole service! We actually left our own hiking poles that we bought elsewhere. I highly recommend this place!

The stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with planning our activities and purchasing tickets. The hotel provided a car with a professional driver who chauffeured us to various locations, such as restaurants, parks, and shows, without any additional cost. The room we stayed in was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bathrobe and dream-like shower. Even after opening the window at night, all we could hear was the soothing sound of birds chirping in the morning, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. This hotel is truly a dream come true!

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Fenghang Ancient Town, but it's not far and offers a quieter, more peaceful environment. You can see the Tuojiang River right from your window. The breakfast is quite unique, served on a nine-compartment platter. The hotel thoughtfully provides drip coffee, which was a nice touch and tasted completely different and much better than the coffee at other hotels on my trip. They also offer shuttle service to and from the station, making arrival and departure very convenient.

The room was great, very spacious for three adults. The service was exceptionally warm; someone greeted us as soon as we got out of the car to help with luggage. Since it was quite cold, we were immediately offered a cup of ginger tea each upon entering the lobby. Breakfast wasn't lavish, but it had both Chinese and Western options, enough to fill us up. The hotel is less than a ten-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk next door was excellent, the best meal we had on this trip.

This time when I went back to my hometown, I didn't want to stay at home, so I just looked at the luxury list online. Our Panlong Villa Hotel was only more than 200 yuan, so I booked it. As expected, I was not disappointed. The rice noodles I took home were very comfortable and tasted very authentic. The food tasted good too. The room was better than I expected. Although Panlong has been around for a long time, the items in the room are well maintained, and you can see the star quality. The environment outside is also very good. I asked the waiter, and the catering is being upgraded, and the guest rooms will also be upgraded. As a Xiangtan native, I am really happy to see that my hometown is getting better. I will come again next time and bring my family with me. When I come again, my children will probably be very excited to see the musical fountain.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

This is so important; letting them rest when there are no guests means they'll be more energized to serve customers well. I hope this continues. 2: Xiao Huang provided warm and highly proficient service. 3: The breakfast, in particular, was very extensive and could cater to tastes from various regions, whether for business or leisure. The only minor drawback was that for noodles, rice noodles, and vermicelli, there was only one topping: stir-fried pork with wood ear mushrooms. Since I don't eat wood ear mushrooms, I hope the hotel can offer at least two more options for guests to choose from. 4: The hotel front desk has a robot for deliveries. After entering the room number, takeout is delivered to the door. The front desk staff enthusiastically taught the delivery driver how to use the robot, which shows their training is spot-on. (Thumbs up) 5: When I entered, I didn't see any coffee or hot drinks (it's winter), perhaps they were placed in an inconspicuous spot. 6: It would be great to have a Wi-Fi password sticker by the bedside in the room, otherwise, you have to ask the front desk. Plus, the hotel's dedicated network has pretty good speed. 7: The smoke baffle in the corridor wasn't retracted, which seems to be a malfunction from the last fire drill and couldn't be pulled back up. They responded instantly to any questions and even thoughtfully offered a welcome fruit platter. The facilities were comprehensive and practical; the smart devices in the room were easy to use, the mattress was soft and comfortable, the high-speed Wi-Fi was smooth, and the soundproofing was superb, so I didn't have to worry about disturbing friends during our get-together. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, fresh fruits and vegetables, hot drinks, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, tasted great, and the portions were generous and filling. Overall, it was excellent value for money—five stars!

Cleanliness: Excellent. The toilet seats were automatically heated and came with automatic plastic seat covers, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in hotels. Definitely five stars for cleanliness. Service: We arrived at the hotel quite late, and the front desk staff immediately offered us breakfast vouchers. Full marks for service.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Huaihua South Station, only 10 minutes away by taxi. There are many business types, a large parking lot, clean and sanitary rooms, large area, and complete facilities and equipment. The service staff have a good attitude. The switchboard spring service is very good. Thumbs up to her! !
