This hotel was excellent for our 4 night stay. We had a very smooth check-in and the staff are extremely friendly. The laundry service is very good and was very convenient for us. The breakfast is good with a good breakfast room layout and plenty of local and western choices. Location is excellent, literally across the road from the Tianmen mountain cableway and there are many restaurant options, tea shops, and small village shops very close to the hotel. There is a cute robot butler than brings food deliveries to your door or if you need to have anything delivered. Convenient location, very near to cableway which makes it very preferable to stay at this place. Worth the price, and really helpful staff. It is situated at walking distance from the cableway so when you return back from tianmen mountain, it is very helpful and relaxing to have your hotel just next to the cableway station. And restaurants are very nearby, walkable distance for everything. Also, very close to 72 storey building.

There’s 101 good things to say about this stay. I stayed 3 nights here which was absolutely the best decision made. The room is nice, spacious and clean. Looks really new or rather super well maintained. It has view of the small river and is really close to the starting point of Zhang Jia Jie national park. The food which we ordered in under the front desk recommendation was so good that we ordered in for 2 nights. The front desk was so helpful with the planning of our ZZJ national park visits. Overall cleanliness is top notch, sheets are clean, towels new, sufficient water provided. I love the service provided by 婷婷! She was really helpful.

The most excellent one is front desk clerk who patiently provide the route details in Wulingyuan for our two days trip in Wulingyuan. The room is large and clean. Breakfast is good. The location of hotel is excellent , short walking distance to the park

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

In conclusion, it was a very nice hotel. The hotel is very clean and you can do laundry. And most importantly, the Housekeeper（xiohai） was extremely helpful. I did not speak Chinese, but the hotel staff helped me book tickets to Tianmenshan on my behalf and showed me how to see the sights. The hotel also called me a free cab from the hotel to Tianmenshan, which I consider the best place to go to Tianmenshan. Tianmenshan is a very nice place and worth visiting at least once in your lifetime. Amazing place to stay, great location and extremely helpful reception. They showed me all available rooms and I was able to choose a free upgrade, I was given a room. with a better balcony and view, i enjoyed sitting over the river very much . The room was clean and comfortable, excellent stay in a magical ancient town, I hope to return

Pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like. 10 out of 10 for customer service. They let me check in 3 hours early. Im gonna be making a full review of this place on my yt channel ”food x bert” Its the best hotel i ever stayed in for 20 dollars in China. Free water is a huge bonus and bed is comfortable. The reception is extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is clean. Beautiful views to be seen from a lot of the rooms. I will be staying here every time i go to Changsha. They had a washing machine and dryer and they helped me fold my clothes. Honestly they are giving hilton a run for one quarter the price. Thats why i give this hotel 9.99999 out of 10 because its almost perfect for the value.

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

I traveled to Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie with my family and stayed at Sijilai Xipan Hotel. The experience was perfect. From the boss to the front desk lady and even the cleaning aunt, the service is warm and the guests are treated with smiles, making them feel like they are in the spring breeze. The hotel hardware is also very good, the rooms are spacious and bright, the clothes are clean, and the price is high. There are three things that impressed me: First, the lady at the front desk will introduce and plan the tour route in detail according to the needs of each batch of guests, which is equivalent to tailor-made, timely and practical. Second, you just need to say hello, and the store will arrange a pick-up from the hotel to the sign gate of the scenic spot in time, and the boss and wife will drive in person. Third, the hotel will provide seasonal fruit plates to guests every night, which is exquisite and luxurious, full of heart.

The eryatou inn is very accessible and situated a 5 minute walk from zhangjiajie national park. I took a didi down from the railway station. It was very clean and comfortable stay. There’s heated water and daily housekeeping (disposable toothbrush refill etc). There’s a daily night market that opens in the evening outside their inn. The street food is pretty great! The ladies at eryatou inn were very welcoming and great hosts. They provided a map for the attractions, gave good recommendations on the route to take based on the attractions that i wanted to visit at the zhangjiajie national park and tianmen mountain. They also helped to book tickets at discounted prices based on their connections. They also sell coffee and tea in their inn, and give a complimentary mini tea snack upon purchase of their coffee / tea. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place for a stay.

I came to Changsha alone to watch Zhuo Yuan's tour. After the tour, I went to Haidilao Apollo with my friends. I chose this nearest high-scoring hotel. The front desk service of the hotel was warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised were solved attentively. Although the hotel is near the railway station, it does not feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it next time. Special thanks to Yang Jiuhao Butler. The hotel is convenient for public transportation but there is no parking lot. If you drive by car, you need to park at the opposite Apollo Commercial Plaza at your own expense. The Huzi Noodle House recommended by the front desk is delicious, recommended!

Very modern and upscale hotel that is in a superb location adjacent to the Changsha high speed rail hotel. Breakfast buffet was also conveniently included in our stay, which was perfect for catching an early morning high speed rail. There is a laundry room that you can use yourself or you can pay a cleaning staff member to do your laundry. The main downside for us was that our room had a bit of a cigarette smell despite requesting a non-smoking room.

We had an excellent stay at Ramada. Elegant decor, clean facilities and shops and multiple food options abound, even late into the night. What really stood out for us was the excellent service from Ms Yoyo 肖友. My daughter had bought a number of stuffs from taobao for delivery to the hotel but the couriers delivered them to the deposit boxes instead. Upon hearing this, Yoyo went out of her way to help us pick them up and packed them in a big bag for us, even after her office hours. Even during her off days, Yoyo sent us suggestions on where to visit and eat in Changsha, which were really helpful. I traveled a lot for work and stayed mostly at international hotels. It iis rare to come across a hotel and staffs like Yoyo who make sure its guests have a wonderful stay in their cities! Thanks!

Very convenient location for Changsha South Railway. Room clean and spacious. Laundry facilities and gym on 15th floor. However, I was shocked at the lack of sound proofing between rooms. As someone who had chosen the hotel as I had an early train the next morning, I was continually woken up through the night by other guests returning. You can even hear fellow guests turning on / off their light switches in the neighbouring rooms…

Amazing hotel, it’s really new with a very clean rooms and good breakfast. But be careful , some rooms are bad smell with cigarettes , you need to check it! I think that staff must forbid to smoke in the rooms and give fines to the people who obey it!

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

A lovely stay. Although the B&B is located downstream, it only takes 7-8 minutes to walk slowly to the main scenic spots in the ancient city, and there are endless views along the way. There is also a very beautiful landscape in front of the B&B (the photo below was taken in the room where I stayed). If you live in the scenic area, you will not walk downstream and you will miss this section of the scenery. Booking accommodation includes pick-up service from the station, and the staff at the B&B are very warm and welcoming, especially Xiaotian. He picked us up at the maglev station, helped us carry our large luggage, and delivered it to the room. He also held a map and introduced us to walking. route. When we left, they took us to the maglev station and gave us souvenirs.

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews and they couldn’t have been more precise! I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!

The owner was so kind to pick us up at the main entrance and escorted us and brought our luggage to the hotel. Hotel was small but cozy, and we were amazed by the spectacular view of the river and mountain background from the balcony. This place is so unique, like painting in chinese literature. At night, you can hear modern music and I like the euphoria of people singing and talking to each other up till midnight. It is such a wonderful experience staying the night in here.

This must be praised! This hotel is beyond expectation in both hardware and software. All the waiters are considerate and meticulous. They are obviously specially trained, which reflects the high management level of the hotel. In addition, the hotel is in a good location, by the Tuojiang River between Yunqiao and Wuqiao. You can choose to stroll freely or take the hotel's free shuttle to Hongqiao for a stroll. Anyway, the hotel has already designed various plans for us. Here I must praise the girl on the second floor. She led us to the garage and helped with the luggage, and helped with the guide. I would rate this place 11 out of 5 if I could. For starters the location is great with road access and just right beside the main entrance to the scenic area. The old traditional guesthouse style is so beautiful it make you feel you're living in a movie. Even with a nice fish pond and great views to Furong Valley. But the best part is the adorable staff always arranging to your needs and helping with a smile, chatting while serving you their great tea. Cherry on top is the amazing breakfast so handmade and tasteful in this charming atmosphere. As I said 11/5 👌

Good location. Staffs are very nice especially a lady who wear eyeglass, she take very good care of us even she cannot speak English but she tried to translate and explain everything. We stay on 4th floor, a room is very clean and comfortable to stay. I can sleep very tight even no air conditioning but the weather is cold. I recommend to book for this hotel.

Location of this homestay is very near to carpark; just go down a flight of stair and the homestay is right in front of you. But not to worry about the luggage, the staff will help to bring the luggage up and down stairs right to our homestay. Free transport provided to and from high-speed rail station. We book the Family Friendly Room - River-View (Balcony) which overlooked the river. A clean and very spacious room and with balcony facing the You River. Room was beautifully decorated with traditional furnishings. On the ground floor, a restaurant just beside the hotel lobby. Location is excellent, not far from the entrance of the scenic spot and nearby waterfall. Surrounding the homestay, more shop selling foods, souvenir and titbits items. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hostel except the sitting toilet get choke and have to use the square toilet.

This time, I stayed in the best hotel for my self-driving tour in Hunan and Guizhou. Considering that there would be bars in the scenic area that were too noisy, I chose this new hotel not far from the scenic area. The hotel staff had a strong sense of service. As soon as the car stopped, they took the initiative to help with the luggage. The room was very design-oriented, spacious and bright. You can enjoy the river view from a distance at night. The breakfast was satisfactory, not amazing or disappointing. The hotel can send guests to the gate of the ancient city for free. When you come back, it is recommended to take an empty car. Online taxis are more expensive! Two small suggestions, can the disposable towels provided be changed to a different brand? The quality is too poor and they are covered with lint! A coffee machine should be equipped for breakfast. The instant coffee brewed lowers the grade of the entire hotel!
