My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang.

The bathroom had instant hot water, and the toiletries were complete and good quality. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the common areas are clean and well-maintained. It's also very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat nearby. There wasn't a single frustrating moment during my entire stay; the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Shangri-La during my May Day holiday trip to Hohhot. I was a bit worried beforehand about the hotel being older, but the reliable service exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent; it's a short walk to MixC Shopping Mall, and not far from Dazhao Temple and Saishang Old Street, making getting around very convenient. I stayed in an Executive Suite, which had a one-bedroom, one-living room layout. The separate living room and bedroom made for a spacious and bright environment, perfect for traveling with two kids. They had already arranged an extra bed for my older child and a cot for the younger one before we checked in. The most delightful surprise was how the hotel showcased the grassland culture everywhere. The lobby featured yurts and hada (ceremonial scarves) to welcome guests, and horse-themed artworks were visible throughout. You could even try on Mongolian robes for a free photo op, allowing us to experience the rich Inner Mongolian culture without even leaving the hotel. Breakfast also had a strong local flavor. There were freshly made lamb shaomai, authentic lamb offal soup, and Mongolian milk tea – all the local specialties you could wish for. The Executive Lounge offered soft drinks, snacks, and fruits all day. During happy hour, the light dinner included about six hot dishes, with main courses ranging from shaomai to pizza and sushi. The service, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, was warm and attentive. The swimming pool was heated, and the fitness facilities were well-equipped. As an established five-star hotel in Hohhot, it's well-maintained overall and highly recommended!

The hotel's surroundings are very pleasant. There's a botanical garden right next door where the hostas were recently in full bloom, making it a lovely place for a walk if you have time. The room itself was quite spacious, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very warm and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, requiring a bit of patience for the room to cool down.

The hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in!! Roses were given on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, very warm, with sufficient heating and two cups of warm milk. The toilet had a disposable toilet seat, the shower was good and the water was hot, so I decided to renew my reservation. On the second night, I found that the room cleaning staff sent me brown sugar ginger tea to warm my stomach. I would like to praise the front desk and cleaning staff!! I highly recommend staying in this hotel~

The hotel's location is pretty good, about 2 kilometers from Wanda Plaza. The decor has a strong local flavor, with plenty of Mongolian horse and morin khuur (horse-head fiddle) elements. The room size was decent, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. The only drawback is the soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking, singing, and yelling in the neighboring rooms, one after another, all night long. It was like a constant show, from midnight until 5 AM. They certainly had a lot of energy! I didn't get a wink of sleep!

I didn’t expect the other party to help arrange the driver immediately. The connection was particularly smooth. It was really a surprise. After I lived, The staff was very warm and friendly throughout the whole process, the service was very meticulous and caring. Takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, saving a lot of trouble for yourself. And any demand response is particularly fast, the overall experience is very good, the front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful, people feel very comfortable. There is nothing wrong with hygiene. The room is cleaned quite thoroughly. The bedding floor bathroom is clean. There is no smell in the room. The living is very practical. The smart equipment in the room is quite extra points. The operation is simple and easy. The hardware is very complete and it is very convenient to use. Breakfast was very surprised, there were many local characteristics, the overall atmosphere was very elegant, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the surrounding traffic and travel were also convenient, and it was very worry-free to go out.

Completely exceeded my expectations! I was just passing through Erlianhot for a day and chose this hotel because it offered free parking, an EV charger, and comfortable bedding. The room was spacious, and there's a charging station downstairs. In the lobby, you can try on traditional ethnic costumes and take photos – the quality of the clothes was surprisingly good! What really amazed me was the breakfast in the restaurant; it was incredibly comprehensive. I even noticed they used Anchor butter, which shows their high standards. They even gave me a delicious latte when I checked out! I genuinely recommend this hotel.

The twin beds were perfect for our family of four (two adults, two kids)! 👍 The room itself was incredibly clean, can't fault it. The location was great too, very convenient for getting around. They offer free parking with plenty of spaces available. And the revolving restaurant for breakfast was a really nice touch! 😀
