This was my first time visiting Chengdu. Although the hotel lobby seemed a bit small, the front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel and guest rooms are in separate buildings. After checking in, she personally walked me to the elevator, explaining the Wi-Fi password and room amenities, and reassuring me that housekeeping would clean meticulously every day. The hotel also has a breakfast restaurant with a great variety of 20-30 different items, all very rich and plentiful. The hotel's location was a big draw for me in Chengdu, and it certainly delivered. It's only about 400 meters from the subway entrance, with Lines 1 and 2 offering easy access to many attractions. My friend and I had a fantastic time. The room itself was also very clean.

The view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff and driver were incredibly responsible as well. We arrived very late, but they still arranged a pick-up and drop-off for us. Knowing we were heading to Shuangqiao Valley the next day, they even thoughtfully prepared some snacks to help with altitude sickness. So considerate!

Right in the city center, the room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean! It was quiet at night too. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free, they have a printer, and I was able to get a late checkout. The front desk staff were really nice. Highly recommend!

Good location with ample of food choices at the back of the hotel. Many halal food options as well. Walking distance to Tianfu Square, Tianfu Subway, ChunXi Road, Kuanzai Alley and People's Park. Rooms are comfortable with automatic bidet in the bathroom. Comfy double bed and staff was friendly in assisting with taobao purchase and refund. Free laundry service provided and they have robots for takeout directly to the room. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Our stay on this trip was absolutely perfect! The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, creating a really cozy atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, well-arranged, and all the amenities were easy to use. The staff were friendly, responded quickly, and showed great attention to detail. The location is super convenient for getting around, making travel stress-free, and the price was very reasonable too. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a truly delightful experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt especially compelled to write one for this hotel. I can honestly say without a doubt, this is one of the best hotel’s I have ever stayed in. The staff are so incredibly warm and friendly, and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and informed. This is my first time in China and I also travelled alone, the staff gave me amazing recommendations around Chengdu with local insights so I know I was getting a truly authentic experience. There were also various free items, foods, drinks and activities offered by the hotel which was a bonus on top of how peaceful and beautiful the hotel is itself. This has truly been such a magical start to my trip and I hope you get the pleasure of experiencing the hotel yourself, should you choose to stay here.

Very good. The hotel has a great style and overall, it's quite good. It's right next to Tianfu Airport, making travel super convenient, as you can walk to the terminal building. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast offers a rich variety, the service is attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's very suitable for catching an early flight or staying during a layover. A great experience.

Traveling with elderly family members, the small fridge in the room was really convenient. The facilities were complete and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was visually pleasing. I really liked sitting on the sofa and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows – it felt just like home! 🥰 However, the room's soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking loudly in the next room. Also, the food selection was a bit too limited and could definitely use some improvement. But as for the room itself, no complaints there!

Our butler, Xingxing, was incredibly thoughtful. Before we even arrived, I had a lot of questions, and she answered them all very clearly. I had many packages delivered to the hotel in advance, but some were sent to other locations. Xingxing proactively helped me retrieve them and bring them to the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, making for a wonderful trip.

JJinshuiWe chose this hotel in Chengdu based on three priorities: 1. a good buffet breakfast 2. laundry facilities 3. Good value Service (Standout) The front desk team was exceptional. A special thanks to the petite lady manager and her colleagues, who were incredibly patient and helpful in assisting us with our delayed airline baggage. Traveling with foreign passports often adds extra steps and complications, but they went above and beyond—helping us coordinate logistics, book tickets online, and recommend places to visit. Their service and attitude genuinely rival those of front desk staff at luxury five-star hotels. Room & Laundry The room is set up like a mini efficiency, with a small countertop, a mini fridge and a kettle. A very practical feature is the sink located outside the bathroom—great for families, as one person can get ready while another is using the bathroom. Even better, there’s a personal washing machine in the room, which is rare at this price point. Laundry detergent packets are available for free at the front desk. The only downside is that you’ll need to bring wet laundry to a shared dryer on the ground floor. As is common in China, the dryers are not well-vented and can shrink clothes. We found it best to partially dry cotton items and then hang them up in the room. Thankfully, the room is equipped with drying poles and hangers, which makes this easy. Housekeeping The housekeeping aunties were warm, professional, and kept the rooms very clean. We requested a very late checkout (almost 4pm), which delayed their ability to service the room, but they handled it without any complaint or poor attitude. This level of professionalism is impressive, especially for a 2–3 star property. Breakfast The breakfast spread was generous and tasty. Typical offerings included stir-fried noodles or rice, buns, sweet potatoes, pastries, fresh fruit, porridge, and a rotating Chinese dessert soup (like green bean soup). The highlight was the made-to-order noodle soup with a fried egg. However, our stay coincided with the Qingming Festival, and the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast ends at 9:30am, but by 9:00am, most trays were already nearly empty and not replenished. We were left with very limited options. Even basic items like milk were not refilled—my son had soy milk instead, which unfortunately contained nut flavoring and triggered a serious allergic reaction. This was a major issue. During peak periods, the hotel should better anticipate demand and ensure food is replenished until closing time. Facilities & Extras Like many properties in China, the elevators felt dated and often had lingering smoke. The hotel does provide standard amenities such as bottled water, disposable slippers, and toothbrushes. One thing we really wished for: a microwave—at least in a shared/public area. It would make a big difference for guests staying multiple days or traveling with families. Location & Access The apartment offers free parking and is in a decent location, with shops and restaurants nearby. Like most places in Chengdu, Although not in the main tourist drag, like some of the more popular hotels, a 15–30 minute Didi ride would get you to major tourist areas. If you are comfortable, they also have public bicycles for rent, for those shorter distances. The building is set back from the main road, which is great for reducing noise—even with windows open. However, many Didi drivers are reluctant to enter the parking lot, so pickup and drop-off can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. Bathroom Issue One notable flaw: the shower design. Water inevitably splashes out due to poor sealing of the shower door, leaving the bathroom floor wet and slippery. This makes it inconvenient—and potentially unsafe—to use the toilet or sink afterward. We reported the issue, but it wasn’t addressed during our stay (likely due to the holiday period). Overall This hotel offers excellent value, especially with its in-room washer and outstan

GGuest UserOverall it's good, the room is relatively large, the service is very considerate, and they proactively provide children's toiletries and slippers when they see children checking in. During the May Day holiday, all hotel prices increased ridiculously. Relatively speaking, Yihua's price increase is not bad, but it is also expensive.

ZZoey Tan 88Stayed one night at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu and left genuinely impressed. The hotel strikes a nice balance between modern design and warmth and the room was well-appointed, clean. What stood out most was the staff. Yuki in particular was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, offered thoughtful local recommendations, and did so with genuine warmth rather than rehearsed hospitality. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made a real difference to the experience. There is also a schnauzer called Lucky, and is a residnet dog at the hotel. Super cute! Breakfast was great, lots of Chengdu delicacy as options and great western choices too. This is definitely my top choice for a Chengdu stay!

GGuest UserWe booked a premium twin room, but upon arrival, we were upgraded to a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious and well-lit. The room had a Tmall Genie for voice control, which was a lifesaver for lazy folks like us! The hotel breakfast was also delicious, with both Chinese and Western options, including plenty of noodles, rice noodles, and buns. The front desk staff provided exceptional service. Before we even arrived, we inquired about pick-up and drop-off services, and the staff responded very quickly and politely, answering all our questions patiently. They even helped us book a car for our return trip to the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel for free, and the driver would pick us up directly at the scenic spot entrance, which was a huge plus. Thumbs up to the hotel staff!

QQiaoqiaozaiqiaoqiaoThis hotel is right next to Tonghuimen metro station, making it super convenient to walk or take the subway to Kuanzhai Alley, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and People's Park. Plus, Qintai Road and Xi'an Road Food Street are nearby. The interior has a lovely Chinese-style decor, and the hygiene, service, and facilities are all great. The complimentary afternoon tea with 'boboji' (chicken in chili sauce) was delicious, and they even provided welcome snacks.

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations, a full five stars for sure! Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly kind and polite. Any requests I had were handled promptly. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no water stains or strange odors, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. The pillows were just the right level of comfort, and the room had excellent soundproofing, so I slept wonderfully through the night. The hotel's location is really convenient; it's close to shopping, dining, and public transport. The facilities are well-maintained and feel new, and the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, making you feel right at home. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a business trip. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

MMichael GosalThis location is a great option if you like to be away from the crowd yet accessible to metro station. The receptionist is doing their best to support despite of language barrier - translator app is indeed a great invention. I opt-ed in for breakfast which appeared to be a blessing in disguise! They have different menu everyday. Note: if you like vegetable-based home style food, this place definitely one of the go-to place! Other perks I enjoy as a long haul traveller - laundry and replenishable beverage like water bottle and pops. Totally worth it and will go back again!
