VVicedriverIt's a very practical hotel near the airport, it has shuttle service. Very quiet, good quality sleep. Front staff very friendly. Rooms are not four star standard neither breakfast. Nevertheless it's a good option for one night next to the airport. Recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, both convenient and safe. It's just one metro stop from the central station and three stops from Roman Square. There's a shopping mall within 500 meters, with supermarkets, beauty stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The hotel itself offers consistent quality; everything is available except for a mini-fridge.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was great, the service so welcome, the pool althpugh mentioned that its heated but looks like it was heated the Herman way which so cold, its location needed all the time the shuttle they offer to go to the airport and from there to the city of Frankfurt.
The breakfast was somehow expensive for what it was offered and no where I went I paid the same for a child as its known they eat almost nothing, so I believe that it should habe been either free or 1/2 the price.
In the room there wasn‘t sugar nor tea bags.

This is a very quiet hotel right by the roadside. The lobby receptionist spoke fluent German-accented English, which was easy to understand. We arrived early and were checked in very quickly, which was great! 👍

GGuest UserCome to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake. Close to the central train station, there are urine smells everywhere, and there are many strange people on the street.

JJozhazhaWhen i checked in on November 6th, the reception lady is not so nice. I asked clearly if you have a room in higher foor. She just ignored me!!! AND i asked again and she said no room in higher floor.
She then gave me a room in the 2nd floor. I accepted but when i entered the room, i found the window cannot open like last time. So I went back to her and asked a room with open window at any floor. Then she gave a room on the highest floor at 6th!!! So what about a min ago ”no room in higher floor”???
Then, i tried to open the window several time and it absolutely did'nt work!!!
I can sense that she a little ******. Bacause I am Asian.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a good choice for an early flight the next day, located right in the connecting corridor between the airport train station and the terminal, making it very convenient for T1.
The room was spacious enough, and the bed was large. However, the facilities were a bit old, and the sliding bathroom door was very difficult to open and close – my daughter almost got herself locked inside.
Breakfast was good, with everything you'd expect.
Now, for the main points! A particular white female staff member at the front desk treated us completely differently compared to male Caucasian guests. Also, they took a deposit on my credit card without providing any receipt or proof? (Is this standard practice??) Then, the next day at checkout, I had to proactively ask when the deposit would be refunded, and the answer was ”we're not sure”...???
Finally, after returning home, I found a 4 Euro charge on my card. I'm not sure what it was for, but since it's a small amount, I didn't bother inquiring further.

Llazybones.vxlThe hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist.
On another day, when heading to the airport, buses ran about every 20 minutes, so you really need to be mindful of timing. We boarded a bus that was listed—both at the stop and online—as going to Terminal 2, but the driver told us it wouldn’t arrive there and advised us not to take it. With no other choice, we stayed on and got off when Google Maps showed we were close to T2, then walked the rest of the way. If you’re visiting Terminal 2, this hotel can still be an option since you can walk there in about 20 minutes, but otherwise transportation can be a hassle.
There are restaurants and a Rewe nearby where you can get food or snacks. The hotel also provides a microwave, frying pans and dishwasher, so you can cook in your room—no need to worry about food availability.
Overall, this area is a relatively cheaper option for staying in the city. The room is spacious and the price is fair, but you’ll need to weigh the time cost of transportation.

GGuest UserI stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight.
The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs.
However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively.
If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests.
Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved.
