Amazing Hostel/Hotel. The room was super spacious for a private twin bedroom, huge bathroom and super tidy and clean. Staff were inviting and informative. Kitchen facilities were great, however no oven. A few more utensils would have been great. Met some amazing travellers in common area. Didn't check out bar or restaurant as I was out most of the day/evening. Only negative was the hill to walk up from the city centre. But that is only a Minor negative

The hotel is very close to the Padiu train station and bus station, just 200 meters away from the north gate. The train station has recently been renovated and requires a detour. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and large shopping malls next to the hotel, making eating and transportation very convenient. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, but it's clean. The structure of the room is a bit messy, not very big, and the balcony is not well protected. It is probably because the apartment was converted into a hotel. The service staff were very warm and friendly. The room didn't seem to be cleaned every day. I stayed alone for two days in a row so I didn't mind.

15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. We had dinner at the Pampa hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet is also very varied. We dealt with Jack at reception, very professional 👍

Petit hôtel très sympathique, sans prétention, mais très honnete, bien pensé, bien décoré et aux espaces efficacement optimisés et d’excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un petit dej avec des viennoiseries de qualité, ainsi que du bon pain frais, même si une offre un peu plus étendu en salé serait appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant . Les « tintins et Astérix » gracieusement prêtés par l’établissement achèveront de vous endormir en douceur.

Super hôtel, juste en face de l’arrêt de tram, idem pour le carrefour. Le personnel est tres sympa, on peut manger au restaurant en bas, qui est tres bon. La chambre est petite mais parfaite, avec télé et clim.

This is a clean- cheery and fun hotel! A very good rate- awesome staff and food! The location is convenient as well- a perfect place for a family or couples stay - little bowling alley Board games- pleasant surprises everywhere-they even had parking!

L'hôtel est situé ds un quartier calme à côté d'un hôpital et d'une base militaire. C'est un peu difficile de se garer ds la rue le soir mais il y a la possibilité d'utiliser un parking à prix réduit en tant que client de l'hôtel. La chambre est très propre et confortable. La douche est spacieuse. Bref la salle de bain est pratique. Le lit est également confortable. Le seul inconvénient est la taille de la table ds la chambre qui est tellement petite qu'on ne peut pas poser un PC portable et travailler sereinement. Il y a des tables ds l'accueil de l'hôtel avec de plus grandes tables mais que fait-on si on veut travailler ds sa chambre ?

If you are cycling in the Alps and want to base out of Annecy (you should) this place is really great. They have a studio apartment on the 5th floor (502 for us) that can in theory sleep 4 (bed + sofa bed) and honestly it wouldn’t;t be too bad if you are students on a budget, My girlfriend and I who were not on a budget stayed here because it has a little kitchen and a balcony. The Balcony is great for bike assembly and storage (see photo) - if you are a cyclist you know what I mean. If you have a tough morning ride and want to chill the little kitchen table and kitchenette is great - you can do French thing and get Bread, Cheese and Charcuterie and chill with a bottle of wine (especially if it’s dumping rain which it did one day) It has a fridge, coffee machine and a microwave, even a bathtub. Additionally, the staff are totally cool. I don’t ascribe the the French are rude maxim, it’s rarely happened to me but these people are super nice and helpful. I bumble about in bad French but they speak English here and are nice about it when Google Translate fails. It has a work area downstairs and breakfast if you want it (we didn’t try it) It has Laundry Machines on site!! You have to pay but they are here without a walk. Take your bibs and kit and wash them in comfort while you drink wine on your balcony. If you aren’t cycling but want a little hotel apartment there isn’t really any reason not to. Final Push: It’s 5 minute walk max from the train station and 10 minutes to anything you want to see in Annecy proper. 5 stars

At the arrival the receptionist is very nice, aknowledging the fact that we had already paid for the stay through a deal on booking. As the room was not ready yet, we leave for the city centre and as we come back in the afternoon, two other guys at the reception, barely speaking any English or French, hint that we had to pay for the stay. Somehow we manage to be understood and we only have to pay for the ”tax de sejour”. Let's speak about the rooms - I understand that this is an extremely basic hotel, but for the price paid one would at least expect a decent room. Well, this is definitely NOT the case. Rooms are tiny - literally. No hooks to hang clothes, no bathroom shelf, leaving the nice option to leave all your toiletries on the floor. The towels are two tiny towels that might be used to dry your mouth (maybe) after cleaning your teeth - hoping that the sink is not clogged and not fixed (as it was four our case, even after having promptly informed the reception). The TV has NO other channels if not French speaking - I understand we're in France, but haven't you heard of satellite? The AC does not refresh this tiny hole, and even in May, we had to sleep with our windows open not to suffocate What else to say if not: save your money and go else where, for that rate you can absolutely get better accomodation

De passage a lyon en famille nous avons passez une tres bonne nuit ,endroit calme et propre .Jeune veilleur de nuit courtois et agréable ( Merci pour les petits ) . Les pizza au feu de bois sont tres bonne . On reviendra !!

The hotel is ideally located 800 metres from the airport with free (electric) shuttle. The restaurant and bar allows you to restore and relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nothing to blame. The buffet breakfast is a good breakfast. However, the navigation service is not working between mid-15 hours.

I stayed here in August and November and am returning in December. (Visiting my daughter on her erasmus year). On both visits to date I have found the rooms, whilst compact clean.and well maintained. The beds have been very comfortable. The rooms have a decent hairdryer, fab showers, free wifi, tv and tea and coffee facilities, which the staff are only too happy to top up. Breakfast is mainly continental (although there is bacon, sausage and egg available - just not my choice) lovely and fresh selection of meats, cheese, fruit, cereal, breads, juices and hot drinks - self serve. The staff, different on both visits, have always been welcoming and friendly. Location wise - perfect, close to trams and buses and easy to access to main train station. Easy to access all sights of interest. My husband and I look forward to revisiting in early December.. the only downside the price in December (during festival of lights) is nearly treble... but that appears to be a similar trend in other hotels at this time. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. We stayed in an executive room and there was plenty of space to work and enjoy all the views of the 2e neighbourhood. Location was perfect to explore the central part of Lyon. Breakfast buffet was great (fresh fruit, pastries, cereals/granola), not sure about the cooked food because we didn’t try it. beautiful setting. The food with room service was only ok, possibly because compared to the rest of Lyon it wasn’t as incredible, and possibly because the restaurant was undergoing renovations so it was not at full capacity. The spa was small but manageable because we needed to book the time (preventing too many people in there at once). The floors were very slippery and my partner hit his head - I think this needs to be fixed (we were not the only ones slipping everywhere when the floor was wet).

Having booked a 'comfort apparthotel', the standard of our apartment was well below the standard we expected, and not at all what the photos suggested we would get. There were holes in the plaster and paintwork on the walls throughout the apartment, and peeling paint. The lights in the bedroom were broken, and curtains hanging off the curtain rails. Lighting was insufficient after dark, and at least one ceiling tile was broken. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 6 night stay, and had to ask for a new bin bag once the first one was full. The apartment was quite dusty, and the dishwasher quite smelly. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work at all. On the plus side, we had the space we needed and were in a good location, and it was good to have the basic kitchen facilities which you wouldn't get in a hotel. But the quality of the apartment was very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, I have already attempted to send this feedback via the contact form on the company's website and had no response.
