When we arrived (very hungry from a long day of travel), we were able to relax with a drink and a cheese/meat platter. They also provide luggage storage if you arrive before check in time. There is also a restaurant, which we didn’t try because it opened later. We reserved a private room with bath that was small, but comfortable and quiet. We had a great night’s sleep and would recommend the hostel for a short stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Je me suis décidé à rédiger ce commentaire, car je ne prends jamais cette peine, mais que j'ai l'impression que c'est une des dernières ”armes” qu'il reste aux clients de nos jours, ça et les associations de consommateurs. Notre besoin n'était que de courte durée puisque nous étions en Villemandeur, une seule nuit pour un mariage à la ferme de Vimory. Nous avons dû rester, en tout et pour tout, 7 h dans la chambre 27 de l'hôtel ”Inn Design Resto Novo Montargis”. Notre retour de mariage s'est fait vers 4 h 45 du matin avec un besoin pressant de prendre une douche, car il avait fait très chaud durant cette journée d'aout et cette soirée sur la piste de danse. Je vais vous lister ici ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant dans la chambre :  Une douche qui coulait à peine, la pression inexistante, tout juste de quoi s'y laver les mains. PAS D'EAU CHAUDE, ni dans la douche ni au lavabo. Une douche cassée qui nous est tombée sur la tronche. Un tour de douche qui fuyait, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec plusieurs centimètres de flotte dans la salle de bain et la chambre juste le temps de faire les tests avec l'eau. Une chasse d'eau qui fonctionnait à peine et qu'il fallait enfoncer à l'extrême pour utiliser  une chambre minuscule dans laquelle il est difficile de cohabiter à deux Une couche de poussière sur la tête de lit et les lampes Des liseuses hors service. Une bouilloire cassée sans couvercle et une belle trace collante à côté de cette dernière Une télécommande pleine de crasse qui semblait avoir bien vécu. Je vous laisse imaginer que nous avons dû nous coucher en l'état... au matin, et suite à nos plaintes, il nous a été donné la possibilité d'avoir accès à une autre chambre, la numéro 20, afin de pouvoir prendre une douche. Cette dernière fonctionnait, mais elle fuyait également et de la poussière volait dans tous les sens dans la chambre. La chasse d'eau était dans le même état que dans la chambre numéro 27. En termes de sécurité, il nous avait été donné un digicode un peu plus tôt dans la journée pour pouvoir accéder à l'hôtel à notre retour de soirée. À notre arrivée, la porte était ouverte et le digicode sans doute hors service dans les autres déconvenues, je précise aussi qu'il nous a été impossible de récupérer les clés avant 17h alors que la cérémonie était à 15h et que tous nos amis disséminés dans deux au

The hotel is well located, it is easy to find off the highway. It is not very far from restaurants and supermarkets (Auchan, Lidl) so very convenient to eat and do some shopping if necessary. and to fill up with gasoline which is cheaper than at highway rest areas. On the other hand, the parking lot is not very easy to access because you have to enter the parking lot of another hotel and enter from the back. As for the hotel, the beds are comfortable but the bathroom is tiny and showering is very complicated... Very nice home. We parked across the road and took the glass lift to just outside the entrance of hotel, very easy. Our car only just fitted in though ,being 1.8 m height and quite tight spaces and corners. The hotel is placed in an ideal spot. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Even a Starbucks next door. Only issue was room was quite warm, it was a beautiful day and sun was streaming in. Will definitely be returning as loved Tours

Standard sized hotel room, comfy bed with a small kitchen type facility in the room. Sufficed for our needs, standard continental breakfast offered for 10 Euros which is a bit expensive. Nice friendly staff who helped us with advice on where to eat locally

Nice staff, clean room (even a bit too strong on the smell of the cleansing stuff! ;-), and especially NO noise on the parking area side. (Only some people in the room above or not far started hollering around at half past one in the morning, but someone apparently banged on their door and ordered them to stop). Only the shower had a problem: it was very hard to turn on/off the taps and it took me at least five minutes to balance cold and hot. before I could actually have a shower. In the morning, my next-door neighbour asked for help because he couldn't turn off the burning hot water! Also, in my own room, the ring supporting the shower head was broken (fortunately I am not tall!). So, apart from the shower problem, it was quiet, clean and nice!

Excellent. Nicely fitted out room. Felt new. Fair beer and wine prices, soft seating area to chill in. Secure bike storage. Reception team all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Georg, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was very good also, usual Hampton offering. Great location for centre. Car park 50m away, secure and 12 Euro for 24 hrs.

Formidable hôtel à tous niveaux. L accueil la gentillesse le confort la propreté de la chambre le petit déjeuner parfait. Hôtel rénové avec goût belle décoration on se sent très bien Nous avons été impressionnés par l accueil de la directrice... Sur le parking.. nous avons été conseillés elle nous a gardé notre place le temps d un demi tour.. vraiment... Bravo. Nous avons beaucoup fréquenté d hôtels mais là c est presque surprenant.. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir. Encore merci nous commençons nos vacances avec le sourire
